Mr. Weinstein graduated from Nova Southeastern University with his Juris Doctor and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2012. In 2016, Mr. Weinstein opened his practice in Fort Lauderdale, FL (and now also serves Palm Beach County with a new West Palm Beach office) with a focus on the litigation and resolution of insurance coverage disputes involving personal injury protection claims.
Mr. Shafran has dedicated his legal career to zealously advocating for victims and seeking justice for others. Mr. Shafran grew up in Parkland, Florida until he attended Florida State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology. In 2012, he received his Juris Doctor in law at Nova Southeastern University College of Law.
Originally from Central Florida, Hayden Wooster is currently studying at Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law in Davie, Florida. Mr. Wooster plans to pursue a career in personal injury law and is excited to be able to gain practical experience working for Weinstein Legal. Mr. Wooster strives to give back to his community.
Ashley del Cueto was born and raised in Coral Gables, is fluent in Spanish and incredibly passionate about the environment. Her first job was at a physical therapy clinic which exposed her to multiple divisions in the field. She later worked in Logistics for 6 years in a major luxury department store where she found her love for marketing, customer service, and efficient practices.

Matt, thank you so much for representing me. You made this stressful and overwhelming situation workable and now I am able to move forward with confidence. Weinstein legal team assisted me with my very first car accident and was super helpful through every step of the way. I was involved in a hit and run accident and by the grace of God the individual turned themselves in. I did not know what to do nor what my next steps were.
