I have been waiting for someone to call me back for weeks now!! I was recommended to this company by my chiropractor however I wish I would’ve done more research!!! Case managers lie and never follow up! You call and get hung up on! And they claim that they pride themselves on letting the clients know what’s going on EVERY step of they way LOL!!! They have not done anything like that for me!! I’m so upset because the accident had me out of work for awhile and I have been asking for my settlement to catch up on bills..it’s always we have to call you back!! UNCONCERNED, UNBOTHERED and UNPROFESSIONAL

Go to another law firm. Trying to deal with them is like pulling teeth. My check has been sitting for about 5-6 weeks waiting for a signature. Everytime they say next week. My case took two years without even going to court while receiving the bare minimum amount. I have to send emails every week. Do not come to these people.

My friend and I were involved in a 3 car accident. We was driving down the road and a car cut us off and struck another car. The person who cut us off is at fault and took 100% at fault. Went to the ER , no over night. We did therapy together and ended together. I called KP that night if the accident, everything was going smoothly till the end. We've gotten to the part adding all the bills and negotiating. We received the offer but somehow we back on the bills. It's been over a year, since we been been with them 2 employees left the firm and did not inform us. We have to continue to call to see

Go to Morgan & Morgan! I've been going through nothing but run around with this company for a case about 4 yrs. The check has been given yet I'm still waiting. You call your caseworker never answers. If you ask for a supervisor they always in a meeting or on a call. Your caseworker changes almost monthly. Horrible service. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Nothing but long drawn out disappointment.

If I could give ZERO stars I will. I advocated for myself mostly during this process so be prepared to NOT have someone advocating for you. Your case will feel like another number and let’s hope you have your own funds to get through this process. I cannot give a date of the last time I actually spoke with someone. My emails do not get responded to and I do not receive calls back. I had a friend go through a different law firm for almost identical incident months after me and the communication was consistent and they actually cared about her and got results ASAP. Please look at other law firms
