Very professional, got all my items cleaned and pressed for a vacation on short notice!

I hate to write this review but I cant bring myself not to. I recently brought in a 175$ Baileys of Hollywood wool fedora. It was very new, I had had it about 2 weeks but it had gotten some ash on it and the humidity was starting to curl the flat brim. I called Heimies Haberdashery and asked them where to bring it and they said here. Im so sad I did. They shrunk my hat to an unwearable size, brim so small, reshaped it because they "forgot" what shape it was, entirely ruined my hat. This took about 2 week, then they said they would try to.fix it, to come back in about a week, next thursday. I came

No local cleaners in my area and found Hamline on line. Drop off was easy however I sent my daughter to pick up and she was given wrong items. We live over an hour away and will need to make another trip for this error. Not impressed with business at this point.

Use this place all the time they do a great job on my clothing and hats amazing people friendly and helpful highly recommend this place

I dropped of a high-end western hat to be blocked and cleaned. He said it would be a couple of weeks. I had to place a follow up call in two weeks to see if it was done, but he did a great job.

I've been going there for 40 years and have watched the kids grow into grandparents. I love that Ralph!!! They always do a great job.

If you have a hat that you just love but its dirty! and you just want it to look new ! this is your place! I've been going here as long as I can rember just ask for joe or marry !!! They rock....
