Prestige Cleaning Center and Uptown Cleaners offers same day service for dry cleaning and shirt laundry. Simply drop off by 9:00 a.m. and pick up by 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Same day service may not be available on some light colored, heavily soiled garments and household items may require more time for proper cleaning.

I've used these guys for 15 years and generally had very positive experiences. They are not inexpensive but usually get things done well and on time. Have had a couple of times where I asked them to press a shirt and was shocked at the price when I picked them up. I asked why it was so much more expensive than cleaning and pressing, and they said it had to be hand-done. Good opportunity to train people to ask at the outset whether the customer would prefer to get it washed and pressed if that's less expensive.

I’ve been using this cleaner occasionally for years but this time an item in my order was badly damaged (wildly discolored) due to their error. No actual apology for the damage or the extra trips. They were *almost* able to correct the damage they caused, though it’s been scrubbed nearly to death (thinner and frayed at edges) to do so. Worst of all, no contact about the status of the process or correction at any point, even when it was complete, and no apology about that either, just “I didn’t know you didn’t know.” No offer of discount or refund on this or future order to make amends

I have been coming to Prestige for about 5 years now and find the experience to be a great one every time! I have become well acquainted with the staff and often stop and make friendly conversation while making my drop off or pick up. The owner of the store also is frequently available to personally look over my garments and give me recomandations as to how he thinks they should go about cleaning it, and I completely trust his judgment because he has been successful in removing countless stubborn stains from my clothes, which I would not have been able to take care of myself. I highly recommend Prestige Cleaning Center. Not only are the a truly GREEN cleaner, but they do quality work and have great customer service. I have been a long time customer and have always had good results! They have many other convenient services too - shoe repair, tailoring/alterations and wedding dress cleaning. I also like the fact that all the cleaning is done on site. Love the service at Prestige!
