Mediation is a method of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in which the parties on both sides of a dispute work with a neutral third-party (a mediator) to settle their dispute. Whether it is for a dissolution of marriage, paternity, a separation agreement, or other family law matter, at Gleason Hope Law, our family mediators meet with you to problem-solve and come to a mutual agreement that satisfies both parties.
Many of Jacksonville families consist of unmarried parents and their children; even if your relationship is coming to an end, you will continue to be in contact as you co-parent your children. If this is your situation, and you and your children's other parent would benefit from assistance in resolving issues involving custody and financial support of your children, paternity or family law mediation might be for you.
Whether married or unmarried, in a domestic partnership or civil union, or co-parents of children or not, lesbian and gay couples face many of the same legal issues that straight couples do when ending relationships. LGBT couples can also face unique situations that require additional consideration.
Navigating the end of a relationship is difficult, no matter what. Doing so with an attorney can make it more drawn out, higher conflict, and more expensive, so many separating couples choose to represent themselves (also known as "pro se" representation). At Gleason Hope Law, our mediators make the process smoother for unrepresented parties, whether you have already filed for divorce or wish to reach settlement out of court before filing.

Rebekah helped me with a really difficult custody case. She did an amazing job at making sure i understood and worked on getting everything we wanted from the custody case. Rebekah and Shelby are and amazing team. I would recommend them to anyone that's having a difficult custody case.

Rebekah seems to be a very nice women but I would not recommend her as an attorney for divorce or child custody. Communication was lacking. If you need someone to advocate for you and your child against a controlling or abusive spouse, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. I have wasted a lot of money with her services that have only hurt my case and mission to do what is best for my child.

DO NOT let Rebekah Gleason Hope represent you as your lawyer. She tries to take children from women such as my self who are victims of domestic violence. Also, she thinks it's okay for a father to get in a hit and run DUI with the children in the car with no repercussions for her clients. On top of that she submits fraudulent documents to the court with the help of her friends that are Mediators such as Paula Brice. Be very cautious dealing with this women she lies about everything!!!!! She should be ashamed of herself for attacking victims!!!!

This team has been a dream come true. I'd been searching for a year for someone who who could help, and everytime I was stopped by lawyers who were just trying to get over on me for as much money as they could, or who couldn't even handle my case because of their lack of knowledge in international law. When I got to Gleason Hope, Hayley jumped straight into detail, and within the first 15 minutes had more solutions than anyone else I'd spoken to. Not only did she present these solutions to me from the start, she began putting them into motion immediately and in one week she got more done than anyone
