Before meeting him, I met more four other lawyers, they all refused to help saying that the Department of Homeland Security is not going to approve my application because some reason or another. Mr. Raj Singh was hired to represent the company on a permanent residency application via employment for me. Mr. Raj Singh prepared two different applications over the course of four years. Both “Application for Permanent Employment Certification” were filled out incorrectly or incomplete so the Dept. of Labor denied them. Mr. Singh was fired.
