Was having issues with my Jeep starting. Brought it in at 10 am and had it back by 6pm the same day. I was told that I would be contacted and quoted for any work that was done over 10 dollars. The shop contacted me and told me I needed new battery terminals and quoted $130. I was later contacted again and told that they replaced my battery and because I had just had the battery replaced a month ago, they would only be charging an additional 30 dollars on the quote. $160 seemed fair but when I arrived to pay and pick up the Jeep, my total was $230… Payed and went on my way. Mike's Garage is the ONLY place I will take my car to! Mike is not only very personable and friendly, but also, he and his staff are extremely knowledgable. I have taken my car to Mike's twice for two separate things, and both times Mike was able to get my car in right away and got it back to me within a few days time. He never has 'ripped me off' or taken advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. My only regret is that I am moving and can't take Mike's Garage with me-- seriously, I would drive out of town to have them take care of my car!! Thank you for everything Mike, you are the best car

We are from out of town. Our tire kept on loosing air and since we have a 5 hour drive ahead of us we knew we had to have it repaired. Mike looked at our car within 4 minutes of our arrival. He had the tire fixed and ready to go in 15 minutes! He was extremely courteous and professional. My husband commented that Mike is old school and his awesome customer service is almost a thing of the past. Thank you Mike!!

Do not use this place. Mike has told me my car would be ready every day now for the past two weeks, and it is still not done. He consistently lies to your face and makes up excuses. Mike has had my car for over seven weeks now, and has given me a new excuse every week for why its not finished. I will be taking this place to court. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

First off, Mike is extremely professional and nice. He treated me really good. My car had a simple issue, yet the parts people kept sending over the wring thing. It happened two times, then Mike took over personally. Everything was made right almost immediately. Then, he only charged me the original price quoted, even after so much hassle on his part! I will always and forever take my vehicles to him and his very competent staff. He didn't treat me dumb because I'm a lady, and I appreciate that so much. Mike is the BEST.
