Closed From December 24th through January 3rd. Not very professional. I understand that it's a popular time for people to request vacation but you've gotta manage it & keep your doors open because people need you. People like me who rely on their cars to work, can't afford to wait 11 days for a shop to open up so we're forced to go somewhere more expensive or worse service. You guys have excellent reviews but I've gotta call you out on this because I don't think it's sensible.

My car lost all of its coolant at once, so I had no transportation. When I called the dealership service department, I was told a technician would call me (I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL!). I called another repair shop and was told it would be several weeks until they had time to work on it. Next call to Pedro's (from now on it will be the first call). He had time the next week. I had my car towed in the day before the appointment and by mid-afternoon on the appointment day, he called to say it was fixed. I've been to Pedro's Auto Repair a few times now, and each time they have done right by me. Honest from the start and willing to walk you through what all is wrong. Each time I've dropped my car off, the lot has been as busy as ever, so I can't be the only one who agrees. Despite the full plate, they can still manage a speedy turnaround. Nice and clean waiting area and a friendly staff as well.

Great work at an affordable price. Also, prompt and thorough. I made an appointment. Dropped the truck off. They fixed it. I picked it up in the afternoon and it works fine. Seems simple, but you would be surprised how many other shops can't get it right. If you need auto repairs done in the Tallahassee area, go to Pedro's.

We were driving through I-10 and noticed that the steering was starting to become more difficult. Power steering fluid levels were good, but noticed what appeared to be a leak so we called. Owner told us to bring it in, we did and he promptly brought it over and checked for any leaks, only turned out to be condensation from the A/C. Then checked suspension, drove it around and made sure everything was okay. Everything was tight and linkage secure. Noticed that the front passenger tire was balding, which may have caused the issue. Tried to give him some money to say thank you, and he refused. Good

Amazing guy and great work! Called him with a problem I was having with my truck wasn't supposed to get to me until the next day I dropped it off the day before he had my truck finished in a couple hours wasn't expecting that highly recommend going to him for anything that you need done to your vehicle!

So, my 2014 Honda CRV air conditioning has been out for a week or so. After nearly bursting into flames on the way home from work one day... it's August, in Florida after all... I called Pedro's. The gentleman who answered was very polite and told me it would be fine to drop it off the next morning.

Pedro is awesome. We were in town from Chicago moving my daughter back to Tallahassee for college. While backing out of a parking space, she pulled the front bumper off because it became stuck on the concrete parking block/car stop thingy. My husband popped it back in but it was only temporary. Pedro is amazing!! My a/c went out in the middle of August (and as you know, Tallahassee in August is so hot you basically can't go outside). Called Pedro and he said I could bring it in immediately even though he was busy. (Other mechanics wouldn't even look at it for 3-4 days). He found a minor valve leak, patched it up, put some extra freon in the car, and told me that because it was such a minor repair, he wasn't even going to charge me for it. Plus he is super friendly and fast (he finished the repair less than two hours after I dropped it off). Pedro's is totally my place

Pedro is very accommodating and very easy to work with. Took my car because of a windshield problem and it was fixed the same day. He's always thorough in his diagnoses.
