I have worked with Life Hearing for many years. They are quick to make me sn appointment and see me with any concerns. My devices are serviced regularly and I am extremely satisfied with them. Recently moved to Naples and my hearing aid broke into two pieces. OH NO! I stopped at a hearing center down the road, they said I had to make an appointment and would not help me. I left and went to Life Hearing. I was pleasantly greeted and showed her my problem. They look up my hearing aids on line and told me they were still under warranty! No problem they would send them for repair. What a relief, no appointment, no charge, very helpful. They have a customer for life!!

Last week I needed a minor adjustment and Shauna and Debbie continue to provide the excellent service that started with my first visit six months ago.

My experience with the North Naples office has been excellent from the initial evaluation and testing, through the fittings and adjustments and regular followups. Shauna has been very helpful in getting me comfortable with the aids and what they can do for me. The timely and excellent repair of a significantly damaged unit (crushed) was outstanding. Debbie in reception does a wonderful job of re-shuffling of appointments and other matters. All in all, a very nice office to visit.

My experience at Life Hearing Centers has been extremely positive. Shawna , my audiologist is professional, caring and only wants to help me transition to hearing aids successfully. She listens to my concerns and corrects whatever issues I have. And the office staff is welcoming and accommodating

I have been with :Life Hearing Health Centers in North Naples for over a year. I am always greeted warmly - and by name - when I arrive. Shauna Kleindl is my hearing specialist. On my first visit, she administered a thorough hearing test. At the completion of the test, she showed me the results for each year, ranges that I was hearing fairly well and those I was not. My Siemens hearing aids are excellent. She re-programed to better suit my needs. To be sure everything was perfect, she had me come back a month later to double check. Now we do 6 month check-ups.
