Ever since I began my new career as a travel agent, I have debated writing this article. I did not want it to come off biased with it being my new profession. Excellent experience. We planned an anniversary trip to Venice and a Greek Isle cruise. We had lots of questions and Colleen was willing to answer them --- thoroughly and quickly. She found several itinerary options for us, and gave great advise & recommendations. Colleen is the greatest at making our trips great and fun!!

We have had great experience using Colleen and the Lakeland Travel & Cruise team in the past. When we decided to have our wedding in Mexico we started looking for a local travel agent thinking it would make things easier...after trying 2 different travel agents locally where we live in Illinois we decided to call Lakeland Travel & Cruise...we should have called them first.

At long last, we were able to plan a vacation to Hawaii. We e-mailed and talked in person to several people in the Minocqua store. Can't tell you how disappointed we were with just about every aspect of our 'dream' trip. They didn't listen to what kind of vacation we wanted, so we paid for 2 activities that were a complete waste of time. Most of the pickup/dropoff info was wrong and we had to walk much farther than we were told, which was a problem because of my health issues. The rental car cost us much, much more than we were told. Nothing was what I was expecting. They gave us no information
