We are the ONLY company to hold a Town and County Permit to legally operate a commercial pontoon cruise business on the Minocqua Chain of Lakes. When they step onto a boat, people are always ready to have a good time, according to Chad Bierbrauer, an experienced nature interpreter and guide. That's why Bierbrauer started Minocqua Pontoon Cruises, which offers four intimate nature cruises each day on the Minocqua Chan of Lakes.

Rentals Report

We will deliver pontoons to other lakes with multiple day rentals (3 day minimum) 6pm pick-up time. Areas include Arbor Vitae, Boulder Jct., Eagle River, Hazelhurst, Lac Du Flambeau, Lake Tomahawk, Manitowish Waters, Sayner and St. Germain. Must agree to cancellation policy - No fee with 1 week cancellation notice, otherwise a voucher/rain check will be issued.

Chad came to pick up our boat and stated there was damage to our propeller which was non-existent. We were charged $300 extra to replace a $50 propeller due to these SCAM artists. They will make up damage to make you pay extra for your rental. Do not recommend. Chad is also rude and unprofessional.

I paid for and reserved a 1 day pontoon rental, only to be canceled because they would rather find 2 day rentals. They offered for me to pay for the extra day, however would not work for my plans. I understand business is business, but they should make it more apparent on their website before people are renting and planning around a schedule.

Had a very memorable cruise, proposing to my now fiance.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, very professional and I was very impressed.
Could not be happier with my choice to propose on a pontoon Cruise. In fact my fiance and I talked about going again sometime, maybe as an engagement anniversary.

We took the afternoon cruise and totally enjoyed ourselves. David was our tour guide, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very hospitable. He stopped the boat prior to getting back to the dock and offered to take pictures for each group. Our boat was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely recomend!

We rented a pontoon with Chad for my bachelorette party. It was such a fun day!!! He was very easy to work with through the whole planning process. The boat was very nice and clean. It fit our group of 10 really well.. we had plenty of space! Chad made great recommendations of bars and swimming spots to stop at. He was also very patient with our crazy group ;) would highly recommend Minocqua Pontoon Cruises and will definitely boat again with them in the future!!!

We took the sunset pontoon cruise. It was wonderful! Chad, our driver, was very knowledgeable! We saw an eagle’s… nest with a baby eagle in it, a number of adult eagles, and a number of loon nests. The different boat houses and big houses were fun to look at too. Chad gave us some history about the different houses and boat houses. Thanks Chad for a great boat ride! We will definitely go when we’re up there again.

My bucket list photo of a loon is complete. It was totally awesome. I never saw so many in one place. I also saw tons of eagles. Just fantastic totally recommend it!!!
