I am not affiliated with this facility or thank goodness had to use their services, but I have heard so much positive within the community about their work not only in the facility, but in the community. If I had to use a facility it would most certainly be this one based on word of mouth reputation.

I have had the opportunity before COVID-19 to come into this facility on numerous occasions to perform repairs and have always been very impressed with appearance of building, staff interaction & professionalism, and the overall happiness of the residents. Would use this facility for family if ever needed.

Family transfered Mom here from another facility. Oh my goodness, we are so happy we did! Northern Lakes has a warm, welcoming family atmosphere. Nurses, aids, therapists, activity directors, social services and administrators give and demonstrate tender loving care at all times. As a family we are genuinely grateful for the dedication of staff and the peace of mind we have knowing Mom's in caring and medically professional hands.

Northern Lakes staff lovingly and professionally cared for our mother, Mary DeMara, for nearly four years. Commitment, communication, and utmost care describes their dedication to Mom and to our family. Since her passing on May 5, 2015, I know the staff will miss her, as they have become family too.
