Please do not shop at this dealership. They lie, cheat and trick you into buying a car and think they are right because their is a shortage right now. We had spend a long day out shopping and test driving cars. on our way home we saw Quirk Pre-owned and decided stop and take a look at what they had available. Out budget was below $20K. We pulled in and parked in front of the main building. No one came out to talk to us. we went to look at the cars and didn't like any of the sticker prices except 2 Chevy Equinox for $21990 and $22990, but we were concern with the warranties. so we left, still not

My boyfriend found this car online, went to go look at it and Mike was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, laid back and friendly. Never hassled us once about buying the car.
I messaged him asking about a bow to surprise my boyfriend when we went and got the car, he said he didn’t but could do balloons (also fine) and when we showed up there was a bow on it, we’ve never had such a pleasure experience buying a car and dealing with a car sales man! I emailed the dealership last Saturday morning and asked for an appointment at 12:30. Almost immediately, I received a very nice, inviting email from the General Manager, Sean Ternullo, confirming that time and informing me that I would be meeting with Carlos Amado. Shortly thereafter, Carlos texted me and asked me to text him when I was 5 minutes away. I did and Carlos greeted me outside the dealership as I pulled up to the door and escorted me inside. The truck I asked to see had already been moved from the outside to the inside showroom/working area. This was a very nice touch since it was cold

Have to buy a car for my kid so I stopped by yesterday afternoon. The salesperson actually walked outside and stood nearby as I finished a phone call . Anyway, I gave him specifics of my search to save time. The first two cars and the one we were to test drive were 1 to 4 thousand over my price range. That was typical, what really annoyed me was the manager sitting behind the counter six feet away. He was told what I wanted, and gave the salesman cars I didn't want, while completing ignoring my existence, not even a hello. It was a quick visit to that showroom as I can take my money somewhere

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE.
This is probably the worst car dealership in the United States, maybe the world.
They ran my credit 9 times which put 9 hard inquiries on my report after telling me that it would be just one, those hard inquiries last for 2 years.
Bought a relatively new car here and brought it for my first oil change and found out that the oil filter had not been put on properly and my car was completely dry of oil.
They then said they would cover it so I dropped it off and when I picked it up there was no record of anything being serviced and they did not change the oil.

I NEVER post reviews. But my experience at Quirk was so horrendous that it I feel like I am obligated to. I accompanied my mother to look at cars at Quirk on 1/23. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. Getting them to show us the cars we wanted to see was like pulling out teeth. They were very aggressive and kept asking for financial information, when all we wanted to do was look at the cars. After visiting Quirk Preowned and test driving a couple of trucks I was very confident that buying a vehicle from them would be the best price I was going to get! I was looking for a specific type of truck and they definitely beat the competition's price by a couple thousand.
