When I walked in The lady at the front desk acted as if I were standing there too long even after a minute or two inquiring about purchasing a new boat motor. It was very apparent that she did not want to talk.

First time customer needed Yamaha 150 routine maintenance, computerized engine diagnostic review, new fuse block/re-wiring, radio install, trailer maintenance, various inspections, all done for a fair price, completed in a week, and picked up clean. Awesome mechanical/electrical service technicians know what their doing, and Bobby ensures you are 100% satisfied with all work performed. So what else could you ask for?

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. The lady working there is the biggest case of sales prevention I’ve ever experienced. Walked in with cash in my pocket to buy a boaton whaler super sport boat they were selling for a customer and was told no. “Had baseball tonight”. Asked for an appointment tomorrow (Saturday) and was told no “had baseball”. Even though their website says Saturday appointments by request. We all know baseball doesn’t take all day. Are these people in the boating business or baseball business?

Would not take my boat to them again and l do not recommend them to anyone. They had my boat for 3 months for warranty work. Kept trying to pad my bill with things like my new batteries were no good and needed to be replaced and additional hours for charging them not to mention the additional hours for the warranty work. Very poorly run business.

I have been using atlantic marine for about 3 yrs now from having my boat detailed to having a new suzuki 225hp engine installed last year. I will admit they are a little pricey on some things but overall you get what you pay for and now a days its better to pay a little more for quality work. I will be bringing in my boat in feb to have it detailed and have a powerpole installed.
