Bought a boat 1 year ago and with less than 4 hours on the engine, had 2 issues where the engine died. We were towed and the mechanic came to fix zip ties that were pinching the fuel line (their install problem) and the second time for water in the gas. Being completely unsatisfied, I went into the business to speak directly with the owner and before I could say anything, he accused me of being too rough with his employee (I am a 67 year old woman). Then he accused me of not following the maintenance schedule of 18 hours or 1 year and of putting bad gas in the boat. He was not even aware of the

They care about making a big sale but if you're there for a small part, you are nothing to them. If the one guy who knows what they're talking about is out to lunch at 2pm, then the three other lost employees will not know how to help you with a simple thing and catch an attitude. Poor service and will never go back for anything. Part of the problem with America these days, lack of pride in your job...
