The Blue Lagoons is currently closed at this time due to the unprecedented cold weather conditions in our area, that have caused many power, cellular service, and internet outages. These services are now sporadically going up and down and you may experience delays in responses from our team as we try to answer questions via text and email, when these services are up.

If you do not have water circulation and your equipment is frozen, please shut off the power to the equipment from the main breakers and keep it off until the equipment completely thaws out.

I have been a customer of The Blue Lagoons pool service for over 6 years and I have been very happy with their service. I went through 3 or 4 other pool companies in 5 years prior to hiring The Blue Lagoons. The other services always started out very customer service focused, but they would eventually falter and their service would become questionable or flat out unreliable. I am pleased to say that The Blue Lagoons pool service has never let me down. I call them up to address a specific issue and they are always quick to schedule someone to come out. I have them perform my weekly pool service

This is a great pool builder. They have done a fantastic job in choosing everything for us. Even when things were not going as we planned, Pete accommodated our needs, and responded to us in a timely manner. Both Pete and Jason are very professional and very knowledgeable. These are by far the most reliable pool builders we have ever done business with. Pete and Jason have been on top of everything, always showing up in person when the workers were there.
