I can’t explain how much I appreciate someone being honest and helpful. Karen recommend getting hospital income for me and my family knowing my situation of owning a small business and being a single mom. Emergency do happen and are extremely real so if I don’t work I don’t have the luxury of getting paid. I can’t explain how this has saved me in a few unfortunate situations. They are amazing!! I've only been with State Farm for about 7 months, and I feel as though they've gone about dealing with me/my account like someone who has been with them for years. Their service is exceptional and they have made it a point to be extremely gracious to me as I've personally been affected by Covid. Amazing customer service at this location for State Farm’s! Amazed at how much money I’m saving by switching to State Farm’s. My old insurance plan with Liberty Mutual was about to increase my yearly renewal by almost $300, but State Farm’s quoted me $60 less than what I’m currently paying! While other insurance companies are trying to get more money from customers driving less, State Farm’s is doing the right thing, thank you Karen for helping me save $720 this year!
