Ashbury's founder, Kevin Born, has over three decades of construction experience in San Francisco, helping clients navigate the cumbersome process of melding the design, planning, permits & construction process. Whether you're looking for an ultra-modern design or a very traditional San Francisco style remodel, Ashbury is adept at executing the innovative, state-of-the art projects that line our portfolio.
At Ashbury, we understand that cabinetry and woodwork help make a space into a home. At our cabinet shop, conveniently located at 12th St & Market St in SF, we design our own custom cabinets and fabricate our own designs. We handcraft our cabinetry using an Italian made SCM CNC router & Edge Bander.
Ashbury's extensive background in commercial projects and public works has led us to apply the most cost-effective methods for home foundation and garage repairs/upgrades in San Francisco. Ashbury will always employ the safest & most appropriate techniques for each individual foundation issue.

Ashbury's customer service is excellent. Even 2 years after the project was completed, Ashbury has gone above and beyond to answer questions about everything from when to replace batteries in the smoke alarms to fixing a crack that recently appeared above one of our doors. Working with Ashbury was a very pleasant and professional experience.

We contacted them and had an appointment to discuss putting a garage in. This was cancelled an hour before, with the promise we would be contacted to reschedule. That never came and since we have called twice and written - no response. I get they are busy and don't want our business but a little common courtesy would go a long way.
