For General Contractor work, we take an initial Deposit of $1000 to secure your start date. This payment secures your start date. After work begins, we ask for a Progress Payment after the second full day of work. This covers material for the job and a portion of the labor estimate. You can make your $1000 deposit using the PayPal "Pay Now" button or mail your check.

I recently had a cement patio, walkway and porch poured. He and his crew came on 5/18/21 removhd the old concrete porch removed along with a fireplace insert and gas bbq grill. They framed it on 5/19/21 and poured on 5/22/21. He and his crew did an amazing job! Very professional throughout the process and offered tips on home improvement with the leftover sand. I will definitely use his company again and would advise others as well. Thanks for all that you did for us jose!
