I chose Clean Air Dallas Pro because of all the positive reviews here in google. The reviews here genuinely reflect the work they do. And while this review may not add value to what has already been said, I want to add another happy customer notch. They did duct and vents cleaning. Frank and Paul were fantastic. They arrived on time. Clean, professional, respectable, and personable. They discussed the work before doing it and voluntarily explained each part of it while doing it. I did not have a good experience. I felt like it was a high pressure bait and switch. I was originally quoted one price and a second price when on site. Original price of $150 to $1000 when on site. I understand a little bit of difference but not that significant. They were hours late. They were rude and started walking around my house without permission into my bedroom after we had already discussed the layout of the home and what I needed done. Love their service! Prompt replies to inquiries, convenient scheduling, on time for appointment. The workmen were courteous, explained services thoroughly, asked me to look over their work and billed quickly. They arrived at 9 and worked straight through until 3:30 or 4:00. I would definitely recommend them or use them again.

We recently used the clean air services for our home in Dallas. Our home had a crazy leak that lead to tons of mold, fumes and dirt. The clean air team immediately figured out the problem and got to resolving all our issues. Tom and his team were very professional and thorough at a great price in no time.
