I had made sure to keep my automotive payments current whenever i pay i pay it full and today they i form me that a payment is missing from october. They just made $600 walk away. This is the worst bank yet.
(Replying to response) i have already spoken to your team and they just assured me that i am wrong and that my 600 dollars was never there.they didnt attempt to help me at all they just made excuses as to how i am wrong and there is absolutely no way my payment could have vannished despite me bringing my account current in january. They didnt get me in contact with lossprevention or fraudprevention

NOTHING but inconveniences since Chartway took over Port Alliance! No longer can I make an auto loan payment via the drivethru. No longer can I even make a payment AT the bank without getting a fee from my bank.
*Update....9 months since Chartway took over...still nothing but issues trying to make a payment on my loan. Every month! Whether in the branch location, online or in the phone! Even the Chartway app has a low rating! They're like the WISH app of banking!

Terrible bank if you need phone customer service, you can pretty much count on leaving voicemail and no one calling back. Update, This bank has no idea on how to be a bank. Im not even sure how they are legally able to operate like this. This is one bank you should stay away from your better off going to bank of America then banking at this credit union.

No one ever answers the phone, I am on the account to where they can talk to me about my husband's car but they still refuse to give me information. Trying to call right now to make a payment and every number I call says unable to complete this call. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK FOR ANYTHING!!!! EDIT:The woman Miss. Silby, if you try to talK to her about something she doesn't like, she hangs up on you, then if you try to call the manager, she's not there. Been trying to call since 11 this morning and left her 3 messaged haven't heard any thing back yet

I've been dealing with this bank for about 4 years due to an auto loan. EVERY single time I contact them I get the run around and they ALL appear to be incompetent. I've been lied to multiple times the the "person" that I need to speak to (mind you every time it's different) is always unavailable. I believe they hire a bunch of rejects that other banks either refuse to hire or fired. The only reason they got 1 start from me is because that is the lowest I could go.

The loan interest rates are very good at Port Alliance, especially on their motorcycle loans, and the loan officer and tellers are friendly, professional and helpful. If you are doing business in the branch, life is good.
I would actually recommend joining this credit union to anyone who lives across the street from one of their branches. If you have a problem with the online banking site or need to contact someone at the branch, you not only get to listen to their computer recording, you get leave a message asking for a returned call. Lucky you! This is extremely helpful if you are on a schedule
