Early evening yesterday, I discovered my built in refrigerator/freezer was no longer cooling. I began looking on the Internet for service companies. Most were closed or unable to get to it til after the Memorial Day weekend. Appliance Tech Pro's Promised that they would definitely be able to attend to it the next day, but would try to service it that night. About 2 hours later Appliance Tech Pros arrived, looked at the unit, determined the failure and actually had the replacement part on the truck! Polite, professional and quick service! The problems with our washer were explained well and then fixed within 30 minutes; price was comparable to other repair companies previously used. Extra care was also taken by technicians in light of the current situation with COVID (i.e. masks and gloves were worn at all times), which was appreciated.
