I have been a huge Autowash user for years. They have serviced numerous car washes that I have run. But recently something changed for the worse.
I requested they come out and replace some prince valves for my hydraulics because the solenoids have been failing and it all needed a refresh.
They took nearly 4 weeks to get all the parts in for the job, ok, there is a pandemic, but finally showed up and did the work.
After finishing nothing worked right, so they bypassed all the solenoids and promised to be back within a week to finish the job properly.
I called James Hathaway on Tuesday of this

We depend on AWS to service our washes and supply our chemicals. They have been an amazing service and chemical company. Their staff is the best to work with and go above and beyond expectations. Their service techs are excellent and not only service our older wash but have the experience and expertise to do a full tunnel and equipment room install from the ground up on our new location. They might not be the biggest but they are the best!
