I paid around $100 for a interior and exterior clean. I expected my car to have at least a little more shine - but it really was mediocre. Not impressed, will go else where next time.
Bad value for the money. For $100 wash this place was bad. I also realized I paid $55 dollars for just the exterior wash, and that does not even include basic wax. Go to a real car wash that actually washes your car.
After reading the response from the establishment its clear to say - they charge $55 for a VERY BASIC car wash which is a rip off.
Better off driving through a 7-11 car wash for $8

Really meant a lot that the team at Wave Wash that day went above and beyond to help me. The carwash itself was fast, clean, and effective for the price.

The Car wash ripped off the top part of my drivers mirror. The manager was able to put it back on but the machine warped it so it doesn’t fit flush. I went to the car wash again this week and it totally ripped it off the mirror cover, the manager had to go into the car wash to retrieve the mirror top. Because it doesn’t fit flush it’s going to be ripped off every time, eventually just going to fall off on its own. I need to know what I need to do to have the car wash replace the mirror that it broke. This is not a cheap repair I called the dealership!

This location is a grade above many car washes in the area. Their prices start from $5 all the way to $18 dollars for single washes and I like the variety of options. More than anything I always feel
Like I get my money's worth. Their equipment work well and my car always comes out incredibly beautiful and I'm always amazed. I love this place!
I definitely recommend people to come and watch their cars in here, they got great costumer services and free vacuums. Is very affordable, clean.

I just wanted to write this review to let the world, well Irving and surrounding areas know how much I love this car wash!!! I recently bout the monthly $45 dollar car wash membership and I try to go at least twice a week to get my money worth. Lol. The customer service from the attendees have always been great but this last one we received from Jose has been exceptional! I just bought my 16 year old daughter a new car about 5 days ago and they the car dealership had failed to wash her car so I told her to go to wave wash and purchase the $25 a month membership and she did. This car wash is the best one to go to!
It is well maintained outside, you don't have to worry about the vacuums not working bc someone is there to fix them right away, the trash doesn't get over full..
the employees are just great, so nice and pleasant!

I usually come here once or twice every month and it's a pretty solid car wash experience. I used to wash my car myself by hand and I can safely say it's pretty comparable to doing it yourself. The price point isn't too bad, I usually go for the $7 wash and my car comes out clean.
They have free high power vacuums around the wash if you want to clean your car after the wash.

I had the $15 Lava wash. Like another reviewer mentioned , the initial attendant only sprayed my windshield and the driver's side. Once complete, I inspected the vehicle and noticed a significant amount of dirt/mud on the passengers side. Once I brought it to their attention they had me go through the Lava wash once more at no charge. This time two attendants worked on my SUV. They were much more attentive the 2nd time and service oriented the 2nd time. The only reason they did not receive five stars was because the service I received the second time should have actually been the service I

Excellent customer service!! My debit card magnetic strip was so worn out that the machine couldn't read it. I had a line of cars behind me and I was so embarrassed. I even tried to use my Apple Pay, but for reason the machine kept declining it. I called for assistance and Sergio came out to help. He was so nice, he let me go through and just told me to come back around and pay. He saw that I had money in my account but was having difficulty with the machines. After my wash, I came back around to pay, but of course the counter inside only had the strip reader so he gave me a free car wash

Just new to Texas from Arizona. In general car washes here are much more expensive. Far fewer great express washes with free vacuuums (which are on every corner in Phoenix) so definitely glad to have found this place.
However, it simply doesn't compare. Is more expensive for much less. Is water just much more expensive here? Guessing not.
So where I had my membership at SuperStar in Surprise, AZ it was $29.95 month for the 2nd best wash (equivalent of two washes). Here that is $45 (equivalent to 3 washes if you just pay normal - they seem to miss point of membership here) and in Phoenix
