Very knowledgeable and eager to help with the cases he's presented. You will always be told, up front , what your legal options are and whether or not you actually have a case. Some attorneys will lead you to believe you have a case regardless of if you do or not. That's not so with the Chestnut law office. Alex Chesnut is the attorney I've hired in the past and each time, I've gotten the desired outcome. He is also a moral person,and a man of integrity.

I have called to speak with my attorney alex each week since may to discuss resolving a property distribution issue involving the divorce that the firm handled. Also to see what my options are to have time sharing revisted so i can see or talk to my kids. I leave a msg and am told alex will get back to me. I have been extremely patient and wait for a return call and never recieve. It is going on now 6 months now.

Alex is not only an amazing Lawyer but he has a heart of Gold. We use two attorneys depending what the situation is, recently today at court he saw me in tears and came over to comfort me letting me know that if he can do anything for me or our other attorney to please let him know. He is the real deal. I saw an earlier review that said he doesn't return calls. You need to remember he is a very busy man that spends most of his days in court. If you leave a message he will get back to you. $3 actually gave us his personal cell number. Please think before giving a bad review because this is an amazing

Alex is NOT the attorney you need for family law. Mediation for an uncontested divorce, which involves a minor child, happened in 2015. As of today, NOTHING has been done and the divorce STILL isn't final! He WILL NOT return phone calls. He had the audacity to ask hi client, back in August to wait until after the holidays because he was busy during holidays, and he'd work on getting his divorce. Call was made to Alex in Jan, and it is now May...nothing has been done. IT'S UNCONTESTED! But Alex is helping stretch this out until June to benefit the Plaintiff, which he DOED NOT represent!
