Our afterschool and community-based programs focus on social and emotional wellbeing, literacy development and healthy lifestyles, ensuring each child has a community of positive role models consistently present in their lives. Parent Connection, our newest program, facilitates monthly visits with fathers in the Jess Dunn and Clara Waters Correctional Center.

In coming years, we hope to expand to more facilities as well as providing visits with incarcerated fathers. New Hope summer camps provide youth with opportunities to socialize and escape the stressors of day to day life. We offer social and emotional learning, literacy, and outdoor activities to help youth gain lifelong friends and valuable life skills.
Services
Through our life-affirming programs, children are lifted from isolation and fear into possibility and hope! Year after year we serve over 400 youth through after-school programs, community events, parent visitations, and summer camps. The Five Promises are a framework put forth by America's Promise outlining five resources that all children need in their lives to be successful.
We absolutely always appreciate donations! The best way to learn more about our current needs and donate is to call our office at (918) 359-9024, or go to the "Donate Now" page of our website! In-kind gifts that are always needed include peanut-free snacks, crafts supplies, and books. Please also make sure to follow us on Facebook for seasonal wishlists (such as Back to School Bash and Summer Camps)!
I am a nurse at St. Johns hospital. I have grown up in Trinity church and have been volunteering with New Hope since 2008! I began volunteering in the summer camps and canoe trips and have been volunteering consistently ever since. I take advantage of many New Hope volunteer opportunities, but my personal favorite is still summer camp.
New Hope is an Oklahoma-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving youth experiencing the trauma of parental separation due to incarceration. We activate and organize community resources to provide after-school programs, summer camps, and community gatherings to meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of clients and families.

We came here for my grandson to play intramural basketball. It wasn't very large, but they did have great food options. In wish the parking area was bigger. But overall it was a good venue for the young men to play.
