My Salesman Joe A was awesome…He made the process painless and easy. Delivered the exact car I’ve been looking for which was extremely difficult with the whole supply chain issue.
The finance made finalizing the deal and signing was a breeze.
Nielsen was by far the best dealership I’ve ever bought a car from. Nielsen should be proud of the staff.

They were great! Just purchased a new 2021 Sahara.
The salesman David Goettlich was both honest and efficient in 3 hours it was all done and completed
The whole process was Painless!
I got lucky though, very limited stock with the chip shortage. When I was there 2 other people wanted the same vehicle. With Jeeps there really is no negotiating, there is a little wiggle room occasionally but they are in such demand they know the next guy will come in and pay whatever. This was priced honestly and appropriately, no games!

In all the years I have either financed or leased a vehicle I have never experienced the level of professionalism and politeness than at Nielsen. Tom & Eli were great & very personable. I was treated kind & gracious. I was asked what I was looking to get into and they exceeded every expectation.
