I needed a garage cleaned out for one of my investment properties I'm listing soon. Alex and SirJunk were very friendly, organized and thoughtful.
They worked within my schedule, gave advice about what to do with an item, and even called to confirm whether or not an item I left on a wall should be taken.
They even swept the garage floor and I didn't ask for that.
By the way, their prices were great, and very fair.
I will ALWAYS use their services.

Alex and Derek are amazing! I contracted with them a few weeks in advance to clean out a condominium that was literally packed to the rafters. They made sure to get the building office all of the proper paperwork well in advance, and they called me to confirm the day before the clean-out. I am a real estate agent and have used some junk removal companies in the past for several clients. After receiving a note from Alex Stein, I decided to try SIR JUNK to remove my own couch.
