I cannot recommend Rocket Junk Removal highly enough. In a span of 24 hours, I booked an appointment on their website, they came on time during their window, gave me a fair price for emptying the junk that had piled up in my garage since moving into a new house, and quickly disposed of the items. Ed and his team just finished up and did a fantastic job. As promised, they called 30 min out, they showed up in the promised window, they gave a quote before beginning, and they did a quick, professional job. Given that the price included the truck, labor, and all disposal fees, I thought it was a great deal. Plus, you can’t even put a price on seeing a 30-year old pile of junk finally leave! Highly recommend. Would hire again.

We recently needed to get a family member set up with a hospital bed in their home and Rocket Junk Removal took care of removing a few furniture items so we could make space. Great team that found ways to get more than a truck load on a single truck saving me from a second trip. The amount of weight these guys could lift was amazing. And when they saw me struggling with heavy packages of roofing shingles they came over and insisted on moving them for me. Just an all round great team of guys that did more than I contracted for. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I had a great experience with Rocket Junk Removal. Ed showed up on time for several days. The crew cleared my basement after Hurricane Ida. They explained clearly what they will be doing, how long it would take and how much it would cost. Everything worked out as planned. Should have read the other reviews. Called for a pickup for one item, was provided a 2 hr. window. After 2 1/2 hour wait no call no show, so I requested a pickup for the next day. 3 hrs. later recieved a call saying the crew was 30 minutes away, advised them that I rescheduled the pickup for the next day, they apologized and said they should have maybe called to let me know they were running late. Maybe? Next day 3 hrs. no call no show, so yup gonna have to search for another place to remove 1 piece of furniture.

I attempted to schedule this company twice. They never showed up or called to say they wouldn't show up to the first appointment. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I made another appointment. Same thing happened, no-show/no call. Ended up calling another company who actually believed in showing up to their appointments.

I need a fridge removed from my home, I called this place to get a quote and the price seemed really reasonable considering they were going to remove it and also take it to the dump, I wouldn't have to worry about having it on the curb for the right day for my town , so I thought cool let's do this. Called and was able to schedule something for the next day , loved how great they were on the phone I thought they were very professional and I even got a follow up text with my appointment info shortly after I hung up. Next day comes, the 10am-noon time slot they were supposed to come in

First time using a junk removal company. Called a few, this company had very reasonable rates and an online coupon! Rocket did a great job- 2 guys came (masks on)- gave me a free estimate and then hauled away my junk- very polite and efficient. Removed my 200 pound treadmill from the basement (dismantled it; a different company told me they would charge me an extra $100 charge for a heavy item; Rocket did not). Even carried my new treadmill box downstairs. They charge by space used in the truck so bundled a few extra items including a broken lawnmower and microwave. Would definitely use again
