DJ Murphy & Company provides General Contracting and Construction Management services for Commercial and Custom Residential projects in Arizona. We are primarily a full-service general contractor and provide all of the pre-construction, estimating, planning, scheduling, project management and onsite supervision required for successful project delivery.
This was our 1st project and is located in Phoenix, AZ. We worked closely with Dr. Demain as his representative during property acquisition, financing, design and construction of this multi tenant medical building. His practice is located in this building and he is fully leased with 3 other tenants.
We have completed numerous tenant improvement projects over the years. One of these was the Lennar Homes Corporate Office. The project involved complete demolition and new construction of 13,500 SF of interior space including new lobby, offices, conference rooms and other functions. This was a very well appointed space and was the center piece of their corporate operations in the Phoenix Metro area.
