My breaks began to squeal really loud. I called to and spoke with Meno and he said to to bring it by in the following morning. He was able to inspect the breaks and called me with the problems. He gave me options with different prices. I never felt pressured or felt or that I was being sold something I didn't need. They explained everything and I felt that they were trustworthy.
I picked up my car within a few hours and Don explained what they did. I found out that I can bring in my car for other services. My first experience was positive so I plan to bring in my car next for service soon

Well, once again, Jerl's Mufflers "hit the ball out of the park"! This was my second visit to this business, and like my first experience, exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was handling poorly due to suspension issues. The car was thoroughly inspected and I was advised of the repairs required. The Service Manager, Don, provided a written repair estimate and gave me the option to get estimates elsewhere for "price comparison", which I declined to do. Someone stole my catalytic converter and the folks at Jerl's Muffler were amazing. They did their best to get me the right parts for my car. The service that they give is a quality job every time. Great work… only problem with classic vehicle it appears someone in their shop took some of the small parts in my dash either were swapped or removed, signal mechanism and fuel gauge loose…only noticed after the fact so can’t prove. Other car guys in car club told me they had similar experience/issues.

I had an exhaust hanger break on a magnaflow cat back they installed on my 2000 Silverado over a year ago. The exhaust fabricator stopped what he was doing and fixed it right away. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes

I called a few days ahead checking out prices for brakes. I was told prices started at $189.00 to $250. I figured that would be within my budget, but then when I got there and they checked my car, he comes back with a price of over $300 before tax.
He said the cheaper breaks were $100.00 less but they only got about 10,000 miles.. My car is a 2017 and only had 31,000 miles.
After my initial shock of being lied to, he said he could get it down to $295 if I paid cash.
The Toyota dealer was cheaper, but my car was already on the rack.
Im a woman and I guess we're a target for crooked

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. My family has been coming here for years, and recently it is under new management and they have zero accountability and integrity. This used to be a business of honest work now it's ran off bribery and manipulation. The owner made it very clear that he owns the business as well as own's the employees who work for him, right in front of his own employee! Not sure where his morals are, this shouldn't be the way you treat people and has no right running a business.

First, I had alignment done at this place on 7/17 because I just changed rack and pinion (power steering). I also told the staff who remain nameless here that my air bag light is on after I putted the new rack and pinion. So maybe they can check that out as well. So when I pick up my car he said it probably because of the seat or seat belts that caused it. I was questioning him the air bag lights on maybe had something to do with the new rack and pinion I installed. His answer was he's being fixing cars for 30 years and his answer was

This is place is the most honest mechanic shop you will find in Riverside. I had my car for an issue and they could of charged me and arm and leg to fix it. They told me that was not to my advantage to take the whole motor apart for one sensor. It would cost way to much for a simple sensor. I can live with the sensor being on. Thanks for not assuming I wanted to pay all that money.

Called ahead at 9:30 A.M. Was told they could look at it shortly and complete muffler repair that day. Dropped off car and asked how long it would be and was told to wait since it wouldn't be that long. Waited an hour and they hadn't done anything yet, so I told them I would leave and come back, which was fine. No communication. Called back at 12:30 and nothing had been done yet. Came back at 1:00 and nothing had been done yet. It is now 1:30 and nothing has been done.

Do not go here! I took my car to have front and back brakes replaced they also said i needed new rotors so I had them replace those too. Just by chance the following week I had to go by my car dealership to have something looked at and they told me I needed new brakes and rotors I told them I just had them fixed the week prior. So I went back to jerl's pissed and they said they would fix everything. Well here I am at another brake shop and they just showed me that nothing was done. They told me that jerls has new owners now and the service has not been the same. Go anywhere but here

I had work done here because of the great Yelp ratings. My wife's old SUV needed a steering rack, shocks, struts and alignment so I called Jerl's and spoke with Menno. He had quoted me prices that were higher than I expected. I had performed research on the parts and had a good idea about how much I should be paying. I told him about my research knowing that he had to make some money on the mark-up for the parts. He had contacted another supplier and had given me a much better price on the parts.
