I have been a customer of State Farm for many years. I was with Bob Chapman and when he passed away I was forwarded to Miichael Marlovits. I am very happy with the customer service I have received from Jacob at Michael Marlovits agency. Jacob has been friendly helpful and keeps his word. Bundled home/life/auto and couldn't be happier with my decision. I think there's two great aspects of insuring here. 1 is the fantastic customer service. 2 is that you would be hard-pressed to find another company that can provide so much coverage and still keep rates low. Other companies might be able to advertise lower rates but in comparison you get far less coverage for what you are paying.
