We take the time to address your whole health and hear your concerns so we treat you as a person, not a diagnosis. Your PHP provider is your first line of defense for every healthcare need. Skip the urgent care, waiting weeks for an appointment, and unanswered questions. Many of our patients carry a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) for major medical needs. This is often accessed either through an employer or through the Healthcare Marketplace. Much of what we offer through virtual visits and in-office services eliminates the need for many insurance claims. Our patients often find that they spend substantially less on their healthcare overall by layering their insurance plan with their PHP membership.

I was very impressed with the atmosphere of the office, and everyone was very personable. Wait time for my appointment was less than 5 min. Dr. Richard Lowrance has been my General Practitioner for many years, receiving the very best medical attention under his care. There was no hesitation about following him to his new practice with Primary Care Partners.. I have unlimited visits, tele-visits, and after-hour direct to physician phone calls for a flat fee each month. Another benefit, is being able to park just steps from their front door. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Richard Lowrance, and staff

Dr Lowrance was absolutely amazing and completely understanding and eager to get to the bottom of things I have going on. There was hardly a wait and my appointment was longer as we had so much to go over but he did ask several times if I was good on time. I was treated with compassion and like a person and not just a number like I have felt like to most offices. I can’t wait to see what the future holds with this office they were absolutely awesome and went above and beyond with me on my very first appointment. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to be treated as a person

Dr. Borne is the best doctor I have ever had.
She always knows exactly what I need, and is very attentive. I love how she always takes her time with me . She also takes notes, during our visit’s, so she can refer back to our conversations.
Her staff is always super sweet and are very helpful.
I have been seeing her for 5 years. Anyone who needs a great doctor. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Bourne seen me yesterday for the first time for a UTI and i swear in 24 hours I was at least back to 65%. Not only does she know her way around medicine, just the quick 1.5, the entire staff made you feel at home. I would recommend Dr. Bourne as well as this clinic to anyone. They are truly amazing. Dr. Lockwood is so caring and compassionate. His staff is excellent! The other physicians with him are the best! He is just a text or a call away from me with any of my health issues.
Instead of sending you to the ER he will handle personally if he can!
Labs are cheaper there than going to DLO!
I have been healthier than I have in long time due to getting to see my doctor in generally less than 24 hours!

Dr. Lockwood has been my doctor since 2013. I wouldn't have it any other way! He and his staff are professional, caring and go out of their way to help you with whatever issue you may having. When I was hospitalized for a surgery, Dr. Lockwood made time to come by just to visit.
