Sloppy work. Ended up costing me much more to have someone else fix the damage he did to my car. Unprofessional and does not stand behind warranty for work done. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I cannot emphasize this enough. The shop I took our cars to for years was bought out by a chain and I was looking for a new place. I looked at the reviews here before I went and thought I had made an informed decision. I could write pages about what a mistake that was. Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake I did. When you get there and see what the place looks like in person. Trust that instinct

It's always scary when you have engine problems but Jules is a lifesaver! My check engine light was on and my car wasn't accelerating well and was idling rough. My boyfriend had prepared me for the fact that it was probably a problem with the engine head. When he had a similar problem with his car, another shop kept his car for a week. Fortunately my experience was much better.
