I went online to research trying to find a car repair service that I could possibly trust. I was fortunate to come across KLM Auto Repair with Luis as the man to go to if you have any car repair needs. At last, I found a mechanic that was trustworthy, reliable, professional and had a great attitude. He treats his customers with respect and does not overcharge on services. My car was making a lot of noise so I made an appointment with KLM and they were able to see me next day @ 8am! I was greeted by Louis immediately upon arrival, the technicians started tending to my car shortly after. They figured out what was wrong with it, I had a poorly done oil change done in return left some damage :( KLM was able to fix it at a very reasonable price. my 08' Kia Sorento is running beautifully now. They are super nice & you'll feel like family when you leave. Take your car here! You will not be disappointed & they will take extra good care of your vehicle

I have been bringing ALL my vehicles to KLM over 10 plus years since I discovered them when they were on Mableton parkway. The service I receive every time I go. Is ALWAYS top notch service. Not only before service is done you can feel totally confident with the information given about your vehicles repairs. Also they look for the best price for parts, and repairs for your vehicle with their service guarantee. I love KLM Auto. When you find an extremely knowledgeable mechanic like Luis and his team, you hold on to them for dear life. They have serviced my cars including the two Mercedes we owned previously for nearly a decade. They’re honest, quick, responsive and very reasonably priced. I consider Luis an extension of my family now, that’s how much he’s proven trustworthy!

My car (Hyundai Genesis 2015) is purring like a lion! I have never been this pleased driving this beast. I have even taking it to the Hyundai dealership and never left or felt this sensation with them. These guys rock and are so flexible to work with a bit of customer patience. I visited KLM Auto Center for an issue I was having with my tire. Even as a walk-in customer, the owner helped me right away, which I really appreciated. Within just an hour, they figured out what the issue was with my tire and completely fixed my car, and I am very pleased with the way that it is running now. It's been five years from my last review and I still give this place all the stars. Even though I have a new car, a 2020 Subaru, I still have my 2007 Ford Fusion. You know why? Because Luis has kept it in good condition. It's now reached the 300,00 mile mark with all its original parts. He and his team even salvaged my catalytic converter by soldering it back together 3 years ago.
My 2017 Ford Fusion even passed this years inspection without a problem, surprising even me. Once my dealership warranty with Suburu ends, I look forward to bringing this second car in to be serviced by KLM

Couldn't agree more with the majority of reviews. This was my first time at KLM. I had an unexpected repair (coolant leak) and found KLM on Yelp. They were professional, communicated clearly and often about the issue and ultimately even cleaned my car before I picked it up!! Luis was terrific to work with and I'll definitely be back.

I was able to get a quote through Yelp, talk to Luis about what I needed, and set up an appointment all without having to make a call. Luis and Carly. Wow, where do i begin.. They are the most wonderful people to deal with. After calling them and explaining that I need to have a car inspect befor purchasing. They went above and beyond to contact the dealership for pick up. I called them like 5 times to update me and yet no frustration. Honest and caring, I wish they're here in texas so I can buy them lunch as a token of my appreciation. Thank you again Carly and Luis.

This auto shop is good as long as you don't require troubleshooting. I would classify this place a part swappers which is good because you can bring your own parts. If you have a complicated issue the dealership maybe slightly more but they will diagnose the problem more efficiently and you won't have to come back. At least this is my experience.

I went to KLM and received a quote for brake repair, when I was ready for them to preform the work I went to the shop and was quoted a different price and was told it was a mistake. I spoke with the manager who graciously honored the price and they where even nice enough to provide me with a ride home down the street while I waited on my car. I go each year for emissions but this was my first time for auto repair. There work is reliable and the customer service is outstanding. They have a new customer and I will be back again for any auto repairs.

Professional, honest auto service. Great people! I highly recommend Louis and the team at KLM. I am in the process of purchasing a car and asked Louis to perform a Pre Purchase Inspection. The KLM team was thorough, detailed and completed the inspection very quickly. They found almost $5,000 in necessary repairs and save my wife and I from purchasing the wrong vehicle. I plan to bring all my cars to KLM from now on. I highly recommend Louis and the great team at KLM.

I have gone here twice based on the reviews and this being near my job. As a woman going to a mechanic, it can feel uncomfortable because you feel you could be taken advantage of. From start to finish Luis was personable and honest. He always tries to find the cheaper option but gives me recommendations but won't gauge me. I do not live near the shop but would travel just to bring my car to him because they are so good. I truly trust him him and will keep going back.

I'd just had a bad experience at another shop, and found KLM online. Not only did they live up to the positive reviews, they surpassed them! The owner worked closely with me to make sure my car was running perfectly, and the front desk was always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Having just moved into the area, it's such a relief to have an honest, reliable mechanic shop!

The owner reached out to me to rectify the issue. He did swap out my shocks at no charge. There's not much of a difference from before but I do appreciate the fact that he reached out to me immediately and without hesitation offered to swap out the shocks. He seems like he does want to do right by his customers.

Great first time experience! It's always nerve wrecking to take your car to a mechanic (at least for me). I have dealt with a few dishonest mechanics in the past so I closed my eyes and crossed my fingers as I entered KLM. I was greeted by Billy and he took excellent care of me. The price was very reasonable and I was never harassed about any other issues. It was a quick turnaround time as well. Billy answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the work needed on my car. I HIGHLY recommend KLM and will ensure I share my experience with my friends and family.
