Belsito's Deli

My gf and I both got the Hot Italian Sub since we saw they had the best in Worcester, it was the best hot Italian either of us had ever had. The quality of the ingredients, the spice, and the bread really surprised us, we will be returning for more of these.

This place is amazing. Cash only, with only a few items on the menu usually spells a great meal. The meatball sandwich is probably the best I've ever had.

An Italian sub is one of my favorites so I am very picky on my quest to find good ones. This one was close but there was something about the bread that was off. It had a weird slight staleness to it. The meats were good a little bit light on the amount of meat and fillings. I dont really like a overstuffed sub but this was light. I could tell when I was handed the wrapped sub that it was very light. Definitely not a full sub and they only have one size.

Thier bread used to be the best it made the sandwich now they changed the bread and its no where near what it used to be I would stop for lunch and get two sandwiches one for later now I drive by and keep going

Damn those meatballs are delicious! Yummy, Mr. Belsito! I haven't been in a few years, but I remember the bread to be a little dry and crunchy. I'm not a fan of the new doughy boring soft rolls. I'd post a picture but I inhaled it (minus the bread)

I'm not exaggerating when I tell you this is the best Italian grinder I've ever had. Forget regatta or a pizza shop, belsitos is WHERE. ITS.AT. ordered just how it comes with hots n the oil. It's just so good. Haven't tried anything else but def ordering some meatballs and sausage next time too.

I've known Kenny there most of my adult working life. Family owned Italian deli that has the best sandwiches in Worcester! Go get an Italian with the pepper relish you won't be disappointed!

I've heard of this spot on the other side of Worcester.....Needed to get out of the house anyway......the Italian sandwich with hots was 'freakin' awesome! Worth the drive.

Hands down best Italian grinder in the city. Everything else they offer is fresh and delicious as well. I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed. Staff always a pleasure to deal with.

Delicious sandwiches on fresh bread! Prices are very good and reasonable. I had the Italian with hits which I highly recommend. Be sure to call ahead as they don’t take drive up orders. The place is cash only

Hands down Belsitos has the number 1 meatball grinder I've ever eaten. The service was great the prices were perfect. This is my forever place I can't wait to try other items on the menu

This review will be short and sweet. This is dumpy small deli that isn't much to look at but I give 5 star reviews when you make a product that is the best I have ever had and this is the Italian Sub.

I'm not sure what combination of meats is in this sandwich but that mixed with an addictive dressing, cold crisp lettuce tomato and onion, and the roll is absolutely perfect. When you try this Italian you will NOT be disappointed.

I actually went back two hours later and bought another one to eat later for dinner. I can't say enough

Great little deli with freshly made sandwiches. A few tables to be able to eat in, good drink selection, and some chips. Someone here wrote that the bread was made in-house? It was a little too dry/ crunchy for my taste, I prefer more pillowy, but it was still great. I asked for super thin turkey (the way LI delis make their sandwiches) and he quickly obliged. Fresh (albeit limited) toppings, but an inexpensive lunch for sure for a full big sandwich. Be sure to check on their limited hours.

Came in and had their hot eggplant and provolone sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly and the place was cozy

Great sandwiches and great people make this one of the best places to get a sandwich. I usually go steak and cheese or the meatball and never have been disappointed. The soups in the winter are great and I always love to see what specials they have going on with the different days. A must try for sure

Grew up in a Italian House, Sauce every Sunday. The Meatballs at Belsito's are the real deal, 3 meat spiced just right with the sauce. If you want a REAL Italian Meatball Sandwich you gotta go here. Everything else is also delicious and always fresh.

First time writing a review. Crave these meatballs .Closest to my all Italian mothers MB's that I haven't had for 27 years. Any self respecting meatball has pork in it. Tied with Vincent's and my own. Otherwise always disappointed when ordering.

Had my heart set on their fabulous steak and cheese, and was abruptly told they didn't have steak. What? Don't they make them during peak hours? Put a sign up either way!! I then asked for an Italian, which was pre-made and promptly plopped down in front of me from a tray on the counter? How old was this sandwich?? I am so disappointed, I don't know if I'll give the employee another chance to be rude.

The best Italian sub I had so far in Worcester. I was presently greeted when I walked in. The owner will make you the best sandwich to order. My Italian grinder had all the meats that came with it. It is in the pic I have uploaded. In addition, I had him add pickles, banana peppers and removed the onions. The dressing had the onions flavour to it and saved my breath. I was told by the owner that all his bread was brought in fresh from a bakery. In addition, any leftover fresh bread are used to make his meatball. If they is true I will definitely go back and try that the next time I show up. When

Greatest Italian sub in Worcester Ma I tried em all this place is the GOAT. Their bread and balsamic dressing is what separates this place from everywhere else. Blows regatta out of the water.

Good spot. I looked it up on yelp, read good reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. Picked up the Italian Sub, some chips and a drink, all under $10. My only issue is them only taking cash and basically charging the customer $5 (in ATM fees) to buy sandwiches.

Stopped in for Sandwiches while on our way home to New York. My husband and I ordered two Italian subs. Delicious sandwiches. Loved that the peppers inside had some spice to add a little kick. Super inexpensive, definitely worth the trip if you're in the area.

The Yelp reviews were stellar so I thought I'd give this place a whirl. It looked like the typical mom and pop joint. Everything was great till check out. The guy was rude and didn't "understand" my accent. I was excited to be honest. Only really good restaurants have the confidence to be rude so I was expecting my sandwich to blow my mind. It wasn't terrible but definitely nothing to write home about. 3 stars. I kept eating till my brother pointed out a black blob that fell out of my sandwich. It was a bug. I almost threw up. Excellent Italian grinders/subs. The balsamic vinaigrette is nice and sharp, the bread is made fresh on site. Favorite sandwich in Worcester. Also excellent: the meatball sub.

only minor nitpick is that they run out of most things at the end of the lunch hours on Friday cause they get crazy busy, so beware.

Tasty, very cheap Italian subs. Belsito's is tiny. There are maybe 4 tables stuffed into a corner. I imagine most people take their food to go. You might have to wait a bit since they place isn't set up to handle a crowd, but the subs are all about $6 so I think it's worth it.
