I want to thank the shoe repair people. I had you repair the stitching in my Keen boots. I have loved them for about 3 years and when I broke my arm, I tried all kinds of things to get them on. Ultimately, I ripped the stitching in several places. Your shoe repair people returned them to almost new condition. I can't thank you enough!

I came in for a pair of Birkenstock Sandals, not knowing what size to buy I was expecting to be fitted. Even gave myself a little pedicure before coming in... the lady asked me what size I normally wear and guessed I'd be in a 41. I tried them on and they were ok but I also tried a 40. The 40's felt very narrow and I was asking her questions trying to figure out if they were fitting correctly because the 40's seemed to be the correct length. She just reiterated what I was asking. "Those seem too narrow? .. Those straps don't feel right?" But never checked if she brought

Brought my Birkenstock's in for a cork bed and sole repair. Was told it would take about a week and $55, which is way better than buying a whole new pair! The repair was done right on time and looks great! If you didn't see the worn down foot bed, you'd think they were brand new! Thanks for saving my beloved Birks and giving me a few more years of wear!

Have to return my shoes for the third time to repair. The first time they didn't sew the strap down and "took a short cut." The second time the glue came loose. Now the entire sole is coming off where they glued it. Unacceptable given they call themselves a shoe repair shop and yet they have damaged my shoes.

Simply put, this is best place to purchase shoes in Eugene. Their top selection of shoes at very competitive prices earns four of the above stars. The fifth star is up there for the knowledgeable staff and a store policy that ensures you are 100% satisfied. I don't think I have ever left a store more satisfied with my purchase and that the staff bent over backwards to make sure I got the right shoe. They even waterproofed them for me!

My daughter has plantar fasciitis and works on her feet all day, so we went in to look for good shoes. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up purchasing there pairs. The Oofos flip flops as well as walking shoes. I loved then so much I bought some too. I highly recommend this store.

I'll start by saying that I am happy that the stitching on my shoe is fixed. I brought a pair of tennis shoes in because a small section of the stitching came loose. The work that was done is spotty. My shoes are gray and black stitching was used so it stands out. Also it isn't done in a straight line. It looks as if it was an at home repair. Which when I am paying to get the work done I expect better quality. Will probably look else where when I need a future repair

I've been back a few times and have always loved my purchases and their service.
They have a carousel for the kids to ride while the adults are shopping! What a great idea! They also have coffee and water (they used to have wine).
I found shoes I like on Amazon but I figure I'd check out Burch's first and sure enough, I found something to take home!

I think of Burch's as being a superior shoe store. I have very difficult feet to fit and I have had great success in buying shoes and orthotics there. I am a fan of Keen's brand shoes/sandals and have purchased them from Burch's before (two pairs). This time, however, the new one's left shoe is killing my foot. My older Keen's are still great; these fit differently. I wore them in the house for several days before I started wearing them outside. However, there was no way of knowing that extended 'real-world' use would become intolerable. Certainly my stride outside
