I took my antique, below the ankle heeled shoes in for a small trim repair. It was $100 to fix.. When my partner went and picked them up. They had been completely destroyed. I talked to a lady on the phone who told me she couldn't find my shoes, and then once she found them she said she was going to brush them out. Then "jokingly" saying she'd take them off my hands for me. When he went and picked them up, the suede was rubbed off, there was no trim, and the top of my shoe is peeling off. Do not go here. I've posted before and after pictures for reference. I am completely unsatisfied with the delivery

I was beyond excited when I found this place. I called over the summer and explained that I had a pair of sandals that needed a new lining where the foot sits. They explained over the phone that I needed a new insole and quoted $25. In September I dropped off my sandals to be repaired. They charged me $30 up front and said it would be at least 3 weeks. No problem. I picked up my shoes today, and was so disappointed by the work. The insole looks like it was cut by a toddler, then they cut away the original lining, that also looks like it was cut by a toddler, leaving the black under sole exposed

We have been to Shoe Doctor several times and have always had friendly service with prices that are fair and service that is superb!! I would definitely recommend them for any shoe repairs needed, including sole replacement or stretching. They also have an awesome selection of interesting and colorful socks including 3D which I'd never seen before. Pretty cool place!

I bought an expensive pair of boots and not 2 days later managed to fall and scuff them up really badly along the top and sides of one of the boots. I was desperate to find a way to fix them because I love these boots. I first went to Sole Savers and they told me they couldn't do anything for me and recommended Jim the Shoe Doctor and I'm so glad they did! I walked in and was helped by a lady and a man (not sure of names) but they took my boot and conferred about the best strategy to fix it. They took the boot back right away and came back about 10 minutes later and my boot looked almost as good

We had a new pair of very pricey shoes that needed weatherizing and protective soles the same day for travel in a place where we expected bad weather. These folks were the best. They provided rain protection on two pairs of really good shoes and put rubber bottoms on one pair, the new pair. They were sensitive to color matching and fitting the style of the shoe. Did this rush order in a few hours at a very reasonable price. Everyone was especially helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them for high end footwear. But also, they are kind helpful neighborhood service. A woman was in with an old
