Sizing: There is a long standing myth about sizing based on square footage. Square footage means absolutely nothing when it comes to sizing Residential HVAC equipment. Our company policy is to provide each customer with specifically designed home comfort. To achieve this, our consultant will need to run an energy load analysis, to ensure proper equipment sizing, and survey your existing ductwork for airflow capacity. Doing this over the phone is impossible. Yes, one of our comfort consultants will come to your home, at your convenience, and give you a written quote on what is involved in meeting your needs.
A measure of a gas furnace's efficiency in converting fuel to energy. The higher the rating, the more efficient the unit. For example: A rating of 90 means that approximately 90 percent of the fuel is used to provide warmth to your home, while the remaining 10 percent escapes as exhaust. This is the amount of heat it takes to raise one pound of water one degree Fahrenheit.

This past fall, we needed to replace a heating system in a large addition on a house that was going to be sold. The existing heaters were gas baseboard heaters which are no longer available. Jordan came to the house, looked everything over and gave us an estimate on a Mitsubishi ductless system, which was the best solution to the problem. Jordan… also arranged a date and time for the work to be done. On that date, Jason and Tim arrived promptly and started to remove the old system and replace it with the new. We moved into our home that already had Crossfield installed Trane Products. They have been super reliable but we chose to update the Air-conditioning system. Naturally we called Crossfield and every experience we've had has been great! We worked with Corey throughout the process and he was very responsive including reaching out to us on his own time. When the new System came in our install Team (Matt S. and Tim W.) were great! They were on time, quiet and respectful of our home. I can't think of a better place to go to get the experience we expect.

We had Crossfield install a new furnace, AC unit, and hot water heater to replace our 20 year old system. We could not have asked for better service from start to finish. The sales rep, Jordan, was very knowledgeable and professional. He provided on the spot estimates for multiple units based on efficiency and features. The install team of Eric, Rob L, and Darrin were awesome. They were on time, clean, fast, and thorough. They walked us through all their work at the end and made sure any questions were answered. Overall, a great crew and great experience.

Matt S. and Justin V are truly professional installers. They were neat and well organized. They kept me updated on their progress and explained the steps involved in the installation. They made sure I could operate the thermostat and thoroughly tested the new furnace. Our home is so comfortable now, a noticeable improvement! I am so glad we called Crossfield!

Technicians did an outstanding job installing the new furnace, air conditioner and thermostat as well as initial setup of the thermostat and a detailed explanation of its operation as wells as that of the equipment.
All was thoroughly cleaned when the job was complete both inside and outside.
Excellent service was provided including technical and customer communication skills.
All is working as expected and I am satisfied making the change to upgrade my equipment using Crossfield Heating & Air Conditioning.

I had central air installed in my home last year by Crossfield and was extremely satisfied ,so when the HVAC in my small business started acting up I called them and had them replace the furnace and A/C unit.
Matt and Harry did the installation and did a great job. They were on time (which is important to me) and the job was done neat and tidy . Everything works well and the price was more than fare.
