Penny Royal Promotions was formed in November of 1997 with a 2 station table-top manual screen printing press on the back patio of a house in Phoenix, Arizona, printing T-Shirts for bands and tattoo shops. As we enter our 20th year in business, we have grown into 3 automatic and manual presses, 3 multiple head embroidery machines, heat transferring, promotional products, business cards, signs, banners and 10 employees!
Penny Royal Promotions will handle any embroidery job, big or small, from 1 piece to 10,000 pieces! We have the newest state of the art Tajima computerized embroidery machines. When I first called and spoke with someone, they were very nice and made it seem like my order was no problem at all. They were late getting back to me with an estimate that was just an absurd price. I called 10 days before I needed to pick up my order of 14 tshirts, that’s it. They charged me a rush order on top of a total bill of $900 for just 14 tshirts, yes you read that correctly. I immediately did not continue with them, however, it’s disappointing that my order was priced like that. Clearly my small order was not worth their time or volume. Would not recommend this business at all.

I work for a company and they said we would get our orders in one month.. now its two months.. like is it going to soon be three months? We put our order in, didn't get any response for 18 days and then when we did get our estimate, it was incorrect. Choose another company so maybe I can get my order quicker lol

The staff and products are top notch. They can get you anything from banners to pens to clothing etc and anything you can think of. If you want your name, logo or team on it, they can do it. The staff will go up and beyond for you and stand behind their work. Very professional and great to work with.
