When a handful of other embroidery shops couldn't complete a pre-Christmas turnaround with a 2.5 week lead time, Big Stitch CAME THROUGH. Throwing in phenomenal pricing and having the two pieces done exactly on the date and time quoted on drop off was a slam dunk.

Great embroidery job for my golf bag. I wanted to have my name on my golf bag and It looks unique and cool. I dont know much about embroidery but it looks nice. They even open on Sat morning for those who can't make it during the week. The business looks busy and it took almost a week for simple embroidery. The price was reasonable and overall nice work.

So I bought my wife this amazing Pottery Barn terry cloth bathrobe with her Initial on it. Turns out it was too large, so I got her another. I start wearing the one that was too large for her. I took it to Big Stitch Embroidery. They were amazing. The removed the old initial stitch by stitch and then replaced with my initial. Superb work for less than twenty bucks.

Great company with great people. I was in a bind today and needed a couple shirts taken care of same day for a presentation. I placed a order for my club baseball team and had 44 hats embroidered, when I went to pick the hats up four days later then said, 14 of the hat logo's were not centered on the hat. Well he just purchased a new machine last week that does six hats at a time and he's telling me that having the logo offset 1/4" to the side is "pretty good to him" maybe you should take some time and learn how to use your new machine.....
he's now telling me and my eight year old team that were out of luck. DO NOT TRUST Roy Davis his work is poor and he's ok with it that way.
