Our office staff make sure that each customer gets the best experience possible. In addition to handling all of the calls, they also help coordinate schedules and do lots of behind-the-scenes projects to ensure that everything runs smoothly on a daily basis! I was not going to leave a review to add another one star to this company but since this company took the time out of their day to respond to my wife Jenifer Hinton and make it sound like they did so much for us I thought I would go ahead and return the effort. To point out the truths in their response they did come out several times to fix issues from a system they installed in November. I did not move into the home until December, well into winter and therefore did not know the many issue until the system was first turned on in the spring. Beware of this company they do not honor their one year warranty! We had a sprinkler system installed last December. When we turned it on this spring there was a cracked pipe and they blamed it on settling when there was zero settling anywhere else except where the pipe was cracked and leaked a ton of water. Even our builder agreed with us and tried to point it out to them.

Beware!! I used this company for the first time, and their won’t be a 2nd time! Nathan has little knowledge as an irrigation specialist. Very unsatisfactory work! I had to hire another company to fix what he screwed up. I tried to have a conversation with the owner Howard about the mistakes……what a joke!! Howard does not care about his customers!!!

I've used NH for lawn treatments and sprinkler service. One year they came and thoroughly cleaned the valves instead of replacing them - I don't think that had ever been done in 18 years - which resolved several issues. Thanks to city work and hardscape replacement, our technician had to fix a bunch of other companies' damage, but knew what to do. The lawn treatments have our lawn looking great, and even got rid of the little trees that want to grow in the grass. Very professional, with great advice. I appreciate their competitive pricing and bundle deals. Office staff very helpful

I used Nature's Helper for my sprinker system and yard fertilization the first three years I lived in Omaha.
The first year was okay.
The next two years, when they came out to turn the sprinkler system on, I was told both years I need $100s of dollars of repairs on my sprinkler system.
The last two years I have used a different service, both years, no mention of any needed repairs.
Over the course of the three years, the weeds in my lawn seemed to get worse. Last year when I used a different service, the weeds seem to be fewer.

Since moving to a house with an underground sprinkler system, I've been using Nature's Helper to winterize it in the late fall and and to start it up in the spring. They're always courteous, professional, and prompt. They remind me when it's time to have them serviced and let me know when they will be in the neighborhood working on others nearby. I would highly recommend Nature's Helper. They installed a new sprinkler system that was kind of tricky with all the different garden's I had. After install I noticed a couple spots that weren't hitting where I thought they should and they were out within a few hours to correct. I would highly recommend. From start to finish they were very detail oriented and happy to correct anything that wasn't exactly as I thought they should be and answer any questions I had.

Great experience with Natures Helper. Howard gave me a detailed overview on what to expect with the installation and the team kept me constantly up to date on when they would be there for the various phases of the installation. Tech that installed the controller gave me a full rundown on using the system (physical box and remote app) and it's running with zero issues.
I shopped multiple vendors before choosing Natures Choice and glad I went with them.
My only regret is not doing this a couple years ago.

Update --- In response to the reply. If you would have liked to discuss with me, you had MANY opportunities so that is a lie. I have videos and I have a recorded call that show that I called the company to have them stop AFTER the young man adamantly refused & disrespected me at least 7 times! Had he LEFT my property when asked, there wouldn't be any issue. For 5 years I didn't even KNOW until that month that my "neighbor" had been the one calling in false reports until the City told me of the false report record by him. Furthermore he doesn't even live there, his mother & sister do. So it was

Natures Helper installed my sprinkler system two years ago. I have an acre property with extensive landscaping. Howard from Natures Helper designed a system with 25 zones, several different style sprinkler heads and 100's of feet of drip hose to appropriately water the different landscaped areas. After two years using the system I have come to fully appreciate the quality, care and consideration that went into the design and installation of my system. Natures helpers installed the sprinklers on my yard and they did an awesome job. I tried calling all other companies in Omaha area and most of them were either too expensive or just unresponsive to the calls. Natures helper was available whenever I needed and their pricing was very competitive. I would recommend them. Very professional and friendly.

Work was okay but it took multiple trips to the house to run a proper pressure test and eventually replace two sprinkler heads. First guy I had to show the broken head because he could not find it. And he didn't even complete the test. Last guy was good but they charged me for the time on property again even though they fouled it up. When I asked about labor they essentially said yep, we are charging you. Good bye.
Update: they refunded the labor fee after my wife went to the office to discuss.

Howard was great however, those who came to install our sprinkler system did a number on our yard. First they cut our cable line and argued with my husband about it. Then they found large blocks of cement and trash that was left over by our builders and only half reburied them causing my husband to go back and dig them up so they didn't break our lawn mower. I don't necessarily think that it was the teams responsibility to dispose of the cement but at least rebury them completely or let us know that you came across them. They also moved our flags from where we had set them after Howard had told

I've only had some minor work on my irrigation system performed by Nature's Helper (so far), but I am impressed by their high level of customer service. Lance, one of their technicians, is very professional and friendly. He made quick work out of replacing some leaking valves.
When the time comes to upgrade our sprinkler heads and to address issues with some of the zones on my system, I will definitely be giving Nature's Helper a call.

Nature's Helper great local sprinkler company. They installed sprinkler system and did awesome. They reasonable price and their employees do great work. They also do great maintenance work and repair. Howard the owner is very nice. What impressed me was that they try to get the same worker bc they know your yard. Rocky one of their workers knows our yard so well and does great job. Nice to have that continuity. The ladies on phones for scheduling are great too. They actually got me on a cancellation list, followed through, and called back on get me in when they were full

I am so impressed with the sprinkler system Nature's Helper installed on my property. I met with several companies before making a final decision. Nature's Helper had the best design at a reasonable price. The install went smoothly with minimal disruption to my landscape and yard. Howard, the owner, met with me upon completion to ensure everything met his expectation as well as to explain how to run the control box. During that meeting, Howard saw something he wasn't completely happy with. As a result, he will be sending out a crew to make adjustments by adding additional heads to a small section
