We had some landscaping done and one of our water lines was hit. I called and was told I would receive a call once he was back in the office. About 30 minutes later I received a text from Erik following up on my call. We talked about the issue and he was able to squeeze me in that day. The problem was solved quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would and will use Midwest Sprinkler in the future for any issues I have.

Erik has been maintaining my system for many years and am very pleased with his honesty and professionalism. As of 8/28/20, Omaha is approx 11 inches behind in rain for the year, yet my lawn is very healthy and green! I appreciate Erik setting my system’s schedule so that it gets the proper amount of water as well as recommending a rain sensor so that my system doesn’t water the lawn after it rains, saving me money and from wasting water!

One of the best businesses around. Such a huge help, always punctual and honest. Honesty is sometimes a struggle to come by these days. This year’s spring tune up service went above and beyond the normal turn on and inspection. Some quick problem solving fixed our water pressure issue possibly saving us money in additional parts. This didn’t only affect outside sprinklers/faucets...also inside water usage (showers, washer, faucets, dishwasher etc.). It was a problem we didn’t even know we had going on. Almost 3 years of just thinking that was how it was and dealing with it. Our water pressure

Called in the morning and they returned my call within 5 minutes. Eric, the owner, made an appointment to come in and survey my system that afternoon. Upon arrival, instead of surveying my system he hit the ground running and worked until dark to completely repair my entire sprinkler system. Thanks again Eric - Midwest sprinkler was was awesome.

Midwest Sprinkler is exceptional! They truly do go above and beyond. I called around to several companies for a quote on a crack in one of my pipes. Not only did Midwest Sprinkler get back to me extremely fast but they gave the best price. Eric was great and worked with me prior to even coming to my house. He reached out several times to tell me what to do so I could still use my system until he came out. No other company I have ever worked with had such great customer service as to work with me so much prior to even coming to my house. Once he got here, he was able to fix the problem without replacing
