Wow this place is super busy! But the reason why is because Martha’s bakery is absolutely the best! Their cakes are delicious and they have so much variety and good service. Also, red velvet and peanut butter hot chocolate!? Martha’s is amazing.

I’ve been a customer for a good 7 years now. The desserts are great and all. However, it hasn’t made any improvements after all these years. The store NEEDS to be more organized. The menus above the cashiers are small and barely legible. There are NO labels on the desserts up front. The website isn’t user friendly and very outdated. It’s so frustrating having to point at the glass just to ask what it is when the lines are crowded and long. Labels could save everyone’s time. There’s a thing called “reusable labels” that can be stuck on the trays. It’s probably too much to ask but

The cakes are super good. but the line is huge, the cashiers are slow and nothing has a name. When you get to the cashiers and they ask you what you want, you don't know the name of what you liked. I spent 40 minutes standing in line and when it was my turn I had to go through the line so the line server could see what I wanted.
I think you can really do a lot better with customer service to go.

Best Cupcakes ever!! Fresh, tasty dessert always. The Tiramisu Cupcakes, Banana Nutella Crème Brûlée & Mississippi Mud Pie are my top favorites! 🙏🏼

Love this cake, can eat it all day long. HOWEVER, I don't appreciate how sleazy and dirty this restaurant is. It was hit with an unsanitary notice by government health officials for multiple offenses, but the restaurant just covered the paper up and claims that its plumbing broke! Absolutely disgusting! 🤮

And again we visited our beloved Martha. I didn't want sweets, so I took aromatic green tea and delicious spinach pie.
My husband has a sweet tooth, so for him - the most delicate Napoleon cake.

Long lines, worth the wait.
Carrot Cake, Chocolate Fudge, Berry Napoleon and Rainbow Cookies are all worth the try.
We just recently had a family birthday party and we had chocolate fudge cake, berry Napoleon and mixed cookies, they were all the talk of the party.

I was really looking forward to a good piece of key lime pie. Instead I got a pile of mush. Very disappointed. And there classic cheese cake is nothing to write home about either.. My first time and definitely my last. Save your money and find a better quality bakery.

Nothing special. The cakes are overpriced and we waited about 20 minutes online and still weren’t served. When we came out the line was out the door. The cakes are OK. The Neapolitan was good but had way too much frosting. The chocolate chip cookie was burnt and hard.
