I am a premium member of this place and every month I am paying for unlimited “waste of money”, but the thing I used to came this place for wash my car and vacuuming for once in a while(twice in a month) so today I just ask for an extra coin for vacuum there was an old gentleman he didn’t understand English again I asked in Spanish (Puedo conseguir una moneda extra por favor?) he became angry on that. I didn’t not ask any gold coin , just 25¢ Coin for vacuum my car , For the owner “ this is the way you could lose your customers “ thank you

I’ve been coming here for years but no longer will I come here. The rollers inside the wash busted my mirror and I paid 21.99 for a premium wash I got no wax on the car, no tire shine on my wheels. The whole back half of my mustang is still filthy like it was never touched. I snake the toilet here every year for them. I will not come back nor will I even do side work for them. It’s absolute robbery. I over paid for my wash got half of the features and now have to look for another Cobra mirror for my 89 mustang.

Recently got my car detailed from Wired Wash & Wax. So impressed! I bought the executive detail. Took about 3-4 hours (I have a coupe). They did an amazing job. 10 stars. Well worth the price. Hopefully I won't need another huge detail anytime soon but very impressed. My car came out looking brand spanking new.

Very disappointing. In the past, the basic $6 was a cheap way to get a VERY basic cleaning, but price increased to over $8. The equipment is tired and old and does a subpar job. Don't expect bugs, extra dirty lower area or rims to be clean after exiting! Apparently if you want your rims clean you need to spend A LOT more money.

My girl friend went here specifically to get a wash a get the tire package cleaning. When she returned I noticed the wheels were not done at all even though she had paid for the service. I called the car wash and he said they don't clean the tires by hand! Really? You don't put the tire shine on by hand? Since when. Then he said just come back! Come back? Are you serious? Many excellent car Washes in Fairfield, this is certainly not one of them.

I had a great experience at Wired Wash when I visited for a full car detailing. I thought my car couldn't ever look this good but it was cleaned from top to bottom and they got out stains in the cushions I thought were there forever. Even more impressive is that they completed the job in just 2 hours and gave me a courtesy call that I could pick up when ready. I got a great deal on Groupon but I would return seasonally to get my car refreshed. The attendant who helped me was really friendly and quick to help.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I was wary after reading other reviews but decided to give it a shot. I have two dogs that shed and vacuuming all the hair is always a pain. They took care of everything in just a few hours. My car feels brand new inside and out - I will be back!

I had my daughters car detailed there before we sold it. To say the job was poor is being kind. She had to bring it back because they didn't seem to care about actually cleaned the exterior properly during the wax and had to spend another 45 minutes actually removing tar spots, some sap and various dirt. Also, we paid extra for a interior shampoo which, based on the spots still on the upholstery, and other dirt still on the interior -was a waste of time and money (the floor mats look good and the trunk was vacuumed!) The windows are streaked, the black trim on the exterior was never treated

Oscar and John did an amazing job with my car! My interior was in pretty rough shape and had a pretty gnarly coffee stain, but the car was perfect after they were done with it. My only recommendation - have someone pick you up while it's worked on. They take their time to make sure everything comes out great so you might not want to wait a the shop. If you do, however, they have a nice waiting area with heat/AC, some couches and cable TV.

The WORST!!! I bought a detail package on Groupon- what I got was a bad wash and zero detail. Seats not cleaned, many areas not vacuumed, rims filthy- complete rip off!!! This guy is running a Groupon scam that I had the misfortune to buy. I spoke to the owner on the phone and he told me to take it up with Groupon. Check out the pictures after my "detailing."

I had such a horrible experience with Wired Wash in Fairfield . They were supposed to do a detail on my BMW... well... they forgot to detail. They were also supposed to wax my car... well... they did... kinda... totally missed the top of the car. They broke the clip on my rear view mirror and didn't tell me, just left it laying in the cup holder. They scratched my rear rim (looks like the hit a curb) I have tried to call them 3 times and they have not even had the common courtesy to return my call. It was a horrible horrible experience. I usually go to the place around the corner, but their line was down the block, so I thought I'd give Wired a chance. While Wired is a few bucks more, the process is pretty much the same. You ride through the car was and then they take care of the inside if you get that package.
I did get, so I went to wait in the waiting room hut as they got to work on the car. When it was done, my interior was just as clean as any time I had it done elsewhere and maybe even a bit better. So, I went here for an "EXECUTIVE DEATIL" and i got bottom barrel detail. My car came out worst then when it went in!!! Very upset! I've called and left voicemails and asked nicely for someone to return my call....... No ever did, but when I called to inquire about the "EXECUTIVE DEATIL" I got a call back immediately! These people are crooks and do not recommend them at all. My car has swirl marks from top to bottom and bumper to bumper! Looks like crap! I went to a car wash a few weeks after and the attendant said," who detailed your car? They did a horrible job!

Bought a groupon to get my car detailed. Booking online was easy. Waited a few weeks for my appointment. Received a call the morning of my appointment asking if I would reschedule. I refused. I came in for the "Deal of the Day" express detailing and I was very impressed! My car was cleaned from inside out. When I pulled out of the lot, my car was shining (..literally, because of the hand-applied wax). Definitely got my bang for the buck.
Customer service was excellent. I wanted to wait for my car, so I was directed to an outdoor waiting shack/shed which was equipped with cable tv, internet, and air conditioning. Staff and owner/manager(?) checked up on me to make sure I was okay.

I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars. I had a Livingsocial voucher ($49! Seemed like a total bargain) for an interior and exterior detailing. Their online appointment system was easy to use though they filled up quickly so I had to book 3 weeks in advance. The day before my appt I got a phone call from Bob (the manager?) and he asked if I would be willing to move my appt because it was supposed to rain the entire day.
