I have the monthly unlimited subscription for $50 (hand wash). They do a great job on the exterior but typically this particular location gets busy, so a lot of the interior details are overlooked. Reasonably priced and the staff is super friendly! I’ve had my car detailed here and they do a great job.

I had to return to the location because the entire back was unwashed. They took care of it right away. The rims of the car were not touched, still dirty. The woman who took my payment said they would do the best they can if the dirt would come off. I rubbed it with my finger and most of the dirt came off. Also the interior was lightly cleaned. I recently went to Splash Car Wash at Cos Cob and had the Diamond Plate finish done on my car... Thomas and his crew also detailed and cleaned the interior of the car leaving the car as good as ‘new’...
In fact, I purchased my car 3 years ago and to be completely honest, the quality of the finish could not be denied...my car now has a ‘show room’ finish, inside and out! I would definitely recommend Splash Car Wash to anyone for their vehicle!

This Splash location is awful...besides goi g up in price, the 'service' has gone down. My car wasn't dried, tires not done, and when I spoke to the presumed manager 'Juan', he said because of covid they dont dry cars anymore and that tires are done inside the carwash tunnel! In New Haven, someone actually does tires by hand and wipes a car...oh, and if I have to dry my own car which after grabbing a towel I did), why did this location raise prices? No one the home office returns calls or emails...drive further down the road to the self car wash (eWash America) at half

Something so satisfying about getting a nice car wash, and the team at splash always make it easy and smooth. I got the monthly subscription a while back and love going regularly and my car always looks great and they look out for people. I’ve had them ask me if they could run it through again because they wanted to do better and I’ve seen them do that for others as well. Just pleasant and good experience every time!

I went to this car wash before traveling to visit family out of state. My fiancé and I decided to splurge and buy the more expensive package so that the inside of my car would get a thorough cleaning. My fiancé had gone previously and thought they did a good job. When they were finished and we were getting into the car I noticed lots of stains on my front passenger seat and in the back seat but thought that it was water. After a $35 car wash, interior of car is still dirty with multiple portions of the dash unwiped. Also, to my disgust the my rubber floor mats were not cleaned at all with multiple layers of salt and debris still caked on. I asked one of the attendants why the mats weren’t hosed down. Every other car wash I’ve been to for the 3 years I’ve owned the car includes the mat wash with a full service car wash. So word to the wise, this full service is NOT truly full service. Car exterior machine wash is quick and cleans ok, like 9.99 type of thing.
Inside vacuuming and in-n-out window cleaning combo 10 deal is not bad but not great neither, my window still had a little bit of dirty spot, also I appreciate they try to clean my indoor touch screen, but please have proper training if you are going to do so:
were they using the window cleaner on touchscreens? Because my touchscreen stopped working for a little bit after they cleaned it...

I was asked if I wanted to upgrade for a $3 extra wheel wash to which I said no, it had never really cleaned them that well before. Javier, at the front desk, was very nice and said he do it anyway so I could see it done properly. Him and another man did spend a good amount of time on my car even before going through the wash. My car does look great- the best it's ever looked from this location. There are a few stubborn spots on the car that didn't completely come clean, but I'm not expecting 100% perfection from an automated machine. I hope the service stays just as good with others

The employees are nice, and the wash is fine. What honestly keeps me from going there only once or twice a year if im in chesire. (Live in meriden) the upsale by the guy taking money is beyond annoying. Its almost worse than a used car salesman. Wow, I have since changed to 1 star. I purchased the one month of unlimited washes and was told it was 1 month. I just noticed i have been getting charged for the last 3 months. Guy never told me this. Ill be calling corporate monday.

I think I only go here because it is the only game in town. I guess I will be washing my own car from now on. I am tired of the nickel and dime game. Mats $1 each, vacuum and window $8 o' but wait you need your trunk vacuumed that's another $3 wait a min. your trunk is really dirty so that will be another $2. Don't even ask about leather or a shine you will have to take out a second mortgage. Also there was an underage kid working there today not sure how legal that is. I chose the $18 Works Plus wash, and although my car looks clean, the 2 people towel-drying did a shoddy job. Considering there were 2 of them, there should not have been water spots left all over. To me that is unacceptable. Especially for the price I paid. Everything here is ridiculously overpriced if you ask me. This is the only place in town but I'd rather go elsewhere.

I honestly don't know why anyone would rate this place 5 stars. I've never had a good experience here and I've gotten everything from the cheapest wash (around $8-10) to the most expensive (anywhere from $35-60+). The terrible job starts with the "greeter" who has an attitude and ends with a towel dry that always leaves behind dirt on my car. At least those people are nice. I go here because it's the only place in town and I'm always disappointed.

Crew needs to be retrained. Back crew chooses not to pressure washer wheels for exterior only. Are wheels part of a car? Are we getting a car wash?
Front crew do not change towels between cars. They don't even bother folding them over between two cars. So they transfer dirt and sand from one car to another.
Good part is that they recently upgraded equipment. Equipment does what they missed to do correctly.
I will give them a chance to correct this and give good review if so.

So my girlfriend needed her baby (2012 Kia Optima) restored to its former glory,Splash's did just that for us and more.They went above and beyond and took the liberty to wet sand some of the deeper scratches on her ride,I guess they don't usually do that.On top of that the car came out immaculate.Will definitely be coming here for all of my auto detail needs!

The staff here are absolutely marvelous. I'm always greeted by the same people, who clearly value their customers and understand that customer service is mission-critical in a competitive car wash market. They go the extra mile to ensure that my car is cleaned the way I ask. Bug remover, tire shine, don't scrub the wheels, all that nitpicky stuff.

Mark from Splash reached out to me after my last review. He asked me to come back and give Splash a second chance for a vehicle washing. I took Mark up on his offer and the staff delivered. The staff was expecting me to arrive and wanted to know what they could do better this time around. I mentioned it was the wheels at my last wash. The staff did a great job prewashing my vehicle and it came out great.

I took my SUV in for a 5 Star Detail and I received friendly service from phone calls to book the detail to drop off and pick up. Afterwards my 10 year old truck looked unbelievable, inside and out. The detailer, Mason, even took care of my once-cloudy headlights.
