I've been coming here since I moved to the States and it's amazing. Neetu and Melissa are very professional, they do their job amazingly and are very careful and attentive.
I have had waxing since I was 16 because in Europe that's what we do, and I had a hard time finding someone who could do it as professionally as I was used to.
Neetu is that person and I am so happy I found JJ waxing! It's my self-care space. I would highly recommend it.

Neetu is the best ! She always takes her time to make sure my brows look perfect !! I love how clean the space is and a great price for the services. I always leave feeling so put together and glamorous! I would absolutely recommend her eyebrow threading and upper lip waxing ! You won't be disappointed !!

I've been coming to JJ Waxing since 2014 and I must say that ever since Neetu has taken over it's been even better!! I absolutely love her , she's so professional and efficient. Her customer service is beyond what's expected and she goes the extra length to ensure your comfortable and you're in the least amount of pain (Brazilian waxes hahaha). Needless to say I look forward to coming in and Neetu always gets me in and out quickly. Sadly I will be moving out of state but I will definitely be coming in whenever I come home for visits. After using Esther's services for about 10 years I was a little nervous to have someone else do my waxing when she sold her business. But now I know Neetu and her team, and love them just as much! Neetu and her employees are very skilled, caring and always very pleasant! I trust them not only for myself, but also for my teenager's sensitive skin. They really know everything about hair removal! It's also very easy to schedule an appointment with them and there is always parking right in front. I highly recommend them!

I have been with Neetu for about 4 years now. I followed her over to JJ from her previous shop. Everything about Neetu is friendly, caring, and welcoming. She never pressures you into doing something you don't want to do and she takes her time to grab every hair and make sure what you've asked for, you receive. She has been threading my brows and tinting then for the same amount of time. I live far south in Hyde Park and will only let Neetu touch my brows. I love her and her services. The shop is clean and sanitary!!!

Oh lawd. If you want a perfectionist to do your brows up right, you can depend on Esther. Been going here for years now and realized I never wrote a review. My girlfriends, my dental hygienist, my "guy" friends, all go here to get taken care of. She is particularly skilled at making the most out of "Asian" brows--no matter how much or little you have to work with. She sculpts and trims my unruly, sparse, mixed ethnicity 'brow patches into two beautifully even, long, tapered, yet full brows. No matter how my complexion is behaving, her skills manage to clean up/frame my face instantly. I don't need

JJ Waxing recently switched hands, and is now owned by Neetu. I will continue coming here. Neetu is very sweet and professional. She has a great deal of experience, and does a fantastic job. If anyone is used to working with Esther or Melissa, don't worry... you will be in great hands with Neetu! I highly recommend JJ Waxing for a clean, reasonably-priced waxing and threading salon.

This tiny and meticulously clean waxing salon is great, fast and affordable! I went there yesterday when I was in a jam; I had an appointment at another place and the esthetician was a no-show and what made matters worse was that I was leaving for vacation the next day! Yes

Ester is a meticulous professional. She's prompt, polite, and the rates she charges for her services are incrediblyibly fair. A super small waxing place, so small that when I visited, there was only one person working. She was in middle of another wax when I arrived on time for my appointment. I waited a while, and then we started the consultation. In the middle of the consultation, she asked me a question, and then before I could answer, she went to bid goodbye to the previous customer. She came back and immediately started waxing before we finished the consultation and before I could tell her what I wanted. Instead of drawing out the wax lines like my regular wax-folks, she wax with abandon and then got mad when I asked
