Last week, a water valve began to leak inside my wall, and seep into my carpet. The first plumbing company I contacted, was a massive disappointment, because they never showed up. What a great experience! Not only did Derrick fit us in on short notice, but the repair only took a minute (we had water leaking under our kitchen sink). Such a generous and professional person and company! With contractors as busy as they are these days, it is nice to see that customer service and prompt response are alive and well.

Called on Derrick more than once for minor emergencies and he was great. Solid work and affordable. Calling a plumber can be scary but Derrick is completely professional and honest. American Plumbing & Drain will be the only company I will call in the future and I highly recommend everyone else do the same.

We've had an ongoing issue at our home and Derek was the 3rd plumber we've tried. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough. He explained everything to us and got right on it. The difference was like night and day compared to the others. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues.

Derrick helped us with a piping issue as our house has galvanized piping. He offered a quick and affordable fix as we can't afford a complete house re-pipe at this time. The water is back on and our family is more than happy! While at my house, a neighbor can over to ask about there water heater. American Plumbing and Drain was back out on Sat to replace my neighbors heater. So, TWO happy families!! Thanks Derrick!
