After receiving her undergraduate degree in biology from Florida State University, she completed her lifelong dream of becoming a Health Care Provider at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2001. Love everyone at Gentle Dental. Dr. Zopf is an excellent dentist and her staff is equally wonderful. Great bedside manners, experienced, professional, on time, caring, understanding. The list goes on...overall excellent dental care!!!. I don't feel like a number. I feel like they really care about me and my care. I brought my 12 year daughter who is a very nervous patient and she loves Dr.. Zopf. I recommend them all the time.

Dr. Zopf is a very detailed, kind and an excellent dentist. She replaces broken veneers and matches them exactly to your existing teeth. The results are totally natural and beautiful. All of her staff are dedicated, helpful and very professional. I would never use another dentist. I have been to many dentists in my life she is best!! If you live in Suffolk you should switch to her practice. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Zopf and the staffs are all amazing. I used to dread going to my dentist, but not any more. They will treat you like family. From front desk to hygienist, everyone is so nice and professional. Their office is spotless. Oh, they have the best holiday decorations ever. I wish I could post a pic, I was just there today for my routine dental cleaning. Halloween decorations looks awesome!!!

Warm and friendly staff. Well organized clinic, and Dr. Zopf is exceptionally gentle and meticulous. The work is outstanding and the crowns look like my natural teeth. Spouse and kids go there too and have the same opinion. I highly recommend this dentist, especially if you need cosmetic dentistry … they are experts.

I needed a new dentist closer to home after I moved. I looked locally first, found this practice and after carefully researching reviews and reading how most people enjoyed this practice, I made sure they accepted my insurance and made an appointment in advance. Definitely got more out of it than I expected. I was welcomed fairly quickly, spoken to as if I was family, given a thorough explanation of my evaluation. We all talked about kids, music, life.... and I left with such a satisfied, positive experience. I am so glad to have found Dr Amy and Gina and the staff. Thank you all!

I went to GD yesterday for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with my visit. Being that I'm not the biggest fan of the dentist (who is?!), I was very apprehensive about my visit and I hafta say the the staff were all extremely pleasant and comforting. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Alexis and Dr. Aimee Zoph, and they were both phenomenal. Alexis was very patient with me and as gentle as she could possibly be, and Dr. Zoph was sweet, friendly and very thorough. Came here for the first time this week and had a great experience. Reception staff was very helpful and courteous when I walked in. Didnt wait at all before my hygienist chelsey came to great me and brought me to the exam room. Chelsey was great, very friendly and super thorough throughout my entire cleaning.
The exam rooms were brand new and very clean, which is always very nice to see.
Dentist was very nice and was great explaining everything.

I'm absolutely blown away by this practice. I have had some not so great experiences with dentists and even some "ok" experiences. As such, I really haven't been keeping up with my regular cleanings (embarrassing, I know). As one would figure, I ended up with a toothache that required an emergency visit. Based on the reviews and the fact that Gentle Dental Commack was close to my house -- I went here instead of my normal dental practice. Dr. Zopf and all the ladies in the office made me feel so comfortable(during a painful time) that I scheduled my new patient exam immediately

Dr. Zopf and her staff are amazing! For years I've had severe anxiety everytime it was time to visit a dentist, this all changed when I found Gentle Dental in Commack. The entire team is helpful, patient, caring and professional. They answered all of my questions, clearly walked me through the procedures and continually ensured I was ok. Their new office space is modern, clean and welcoming - I'd recommend this office to anyone.

I started seeing Alex as my new hygienist as of late last year and I have to say that she has been the best hygienist I have had. I have been going to my previous hygienist for 15 years but made a change due to a recommendation from a friend.
Although I fear the dentist, Alex has made my past 2 appointments so comfortable and pleasant. She's extremely professional and thorough! I have walked out of each cleaning feeling great that there was nothing left behind. I don't feel rushed and I now look forward to my 6 month cleanings :)

Today was my first visit to Gentle Dental! I work at a doctors office so I really appreciate quality care when I receive it.
