First time using this system /going through this process. Called and explained to women this is first time doing this and wanted to get info on process and wanted to go down and see the order to know what size truck to bring. First women was so rude! She started asking me for info from shipping papers. I said hold on and let me find it. She hung up the phone. I call back and get a different person who was more understanding and polite while I searched the Documents for the info. The second person says it's ok to come down to look at shipment to access truck size needed. I go down to location a

Place has been around for a long time. The people who work here dont leave. There is two ways , THE EAGLE WAY, and the other way. No nonsense freight house. Be prepared to have thick skin at window because they are better than you. Just sayn. But there is no favoritism! If your freight is in you will wait in line and get. I like that.

Horrible customer service. Receiver Spanish girl very rude , unprofessional, I don't understand how this place still on business. Hate coming here just because how bad they are.
If you are a truck driver and y you are doing a pick up here be real pacient they will treat you like trash everyone here has an attitude .

These people go out of their way to do everything they can to hold your freight hostage in order to rack up charges. I paid multiple invoices from them expecting that everything had been paid so I could pick up, and each time my trucking company showed to receive the freight, they were told that there were "additional" and escalating fees that I still hadn't paid. My trucking company has given up trying to pick this up.
